Vacation in style! This great 2-story beach house is located in beautiful Seagrove Beach, just a bike ride from famous Seaside along Scenic 30A. Not only are you steps away from sugar white sand, this house also features a large inviting heated pool.

The beautiful 1st floor has 3 bedrooms plus a cozy living area, wet bar and large laundry room. Out the front door is a nicely landscaped yard with room for little ones to play and out the back door is the amazing private pool. There's plenty of patio space for lounging and relaxing with a drink.

The 2nd floor features an oversized kitchen that opens to the living and dining areas. Up here you'll also find an additional bedroom and a convenient half bathroom. Sit back and enjoy Gulf views as you dine or entertain in the open concept area. The back balcony overlooks the pool and on the front balcony you can relax with a cold beverage to enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf.

And with TVs in every bedroom plus each living room and cable + wireless internet - your entertainment options are covered for rainy days or at the end of a long day at the beach or pool.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the home. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Well maintained home in a high end area with very close beach access. The pool was perfect size and temp. Comfy beds, nice showers, well managed property that I would stay at again!

Excellent location and pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 6 adults and had plenty of space to be alone or together. The beach access was just 3 houses away! We have visited this area several times in the past and Ethridge House was by far the best location yet! The pool was large and nice! The house was clean and appeared to be recently painted/updated. Master bed & bath was large and comfortable. You will need to bring a hair dryer. Other beds were nice also. Kitchen was well stocked with all of your needs for a large group. Coffee pot and Keurig were available. Downstairs had a living room, wet bar area with a mini fridge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and outdoor access. Upstairs had kitchen, master bed/bath, living, dining, and 1/2 bath with a beautiful balcony with an ocean view! We could sit out and watch the dolphins with our morning coffee! Manager was quick to address that the ice maker wasn’t working and sent out a technician who gave us a countertop ice machine that worked great! Also, the starter on the grill didn’t work, and we made them aware of it. They said they would have to get a new one. We didn’t use it, but could have just used a lighter to start it ourselves. The outside shower wasn’t working, but again, we didn’t use it, so no big deal. We made the management company aware and they were looking into it. We just rinsed at the shower at the beach access before coming back to the house. They had lawn service 1 day from 7am-1pm. It was inconvenient and would have been nice to have a heads up. Highway 30A backs right up to the backyard so it can be noisy when you are in the pool, but we were prepared for this. There is a 4ft. Hedge that surrounds the yard for privacy. Check in and check out was simple and easy! We will definitely consider Ethridge House again for future visits! Being that close to the beach was AMAZING! (Just a note, if you have issues with stairs, the beach access has 3 flights of 15 steps to get to the beach.)

Driving all the way from Columbia, SC and not being able to get into the house until 4pm was very inconvenient. We arrived in town at 2:30pm, the house was cleaned and empty, and Benchmark would not let us get inside until 4:00pm on the dot. It’s just disappointing that they couldn’t work with us since the house was cleaned and ready to go.

The Ethridge house is our new home away from home. We have 2 grown sons and it was a great place for us all to relax. The pool was a great asset to our relaxation.
