Needs a few updates

The showerhead sprayed everywhere. It most definitely needs replaced. There were no checkout instructions, so I just had to guess what needed to be done. The beds are not king sized, they are queen. The neighborhood is sketchy but I did feel safe in the apartment. The ad says free parking included but I had to pay 90 for one week to park.

Spacious and clean

The apartment was nice, roomy and clean. We learned where everything we needed was in the neighborhood. We were close to transportation. The only problem was on the last night the elevator went out of service. Being people in our 70’s the next morning we had to lug our bags down the stairs from the 6th floor. Thanks to a nice young man who took our suitcases all the way down for us. I know it is a situation beyond anyone’s control but could have been serious.

Good enough, could have been better

Property is ok, some minor damages. Neighborhood is not so great. Apartment is clean and spacious. Washer is a plus but drier is not working. Only provided 4 towels for 5 people. Owner does not respond to messages in an appropriate time. Could have been better. Rating 3/5

Listing and communication needs updated

Apartment felt safe in the fact several security measures to enter. You must have a key fob to enter the first three doors or a passcode. It is very close to metro and train station which is helpful. There is some options for food and a light food shopping close by as well. However the apartment listing says two bathrooms which is inaccurate. There is one toilet room with no sink in it and another room with a shower/tub and sink in that room. The washer and dryer is a big bonus, appreciated that. There is no air conditioning which I asked about. I was told yes, which to be fair she did have one portable unit in the living room area however not hooked up to anything to vent out. When I asked to use it she said you need to put the hose and drainage hose out the kitchen door so that door must stay open the entire time you use it. That door leads to a small outdoor patio and no one can access coming in from that door on 6th floor. No AC for bedrooms but windows open so hope for cool weather. Apartment has 2 beds, 1 single sofa pull out bed. The communication with the host was not as good as other places we have rented. I never received any communication from her including check in process until I contacted VRBO directly which they got her on phone for me which was 1 day before check in. she did respond after that. She was also gracious and allowed us to stay and hour and half past check our time. If communication and listing are updated it would be better experience.

Kurztrip

Check in nur auf Nachfrage und verspätet. Wer mit einem Bulli anreist, passt definitiv nicht in die Tiefgarage. Jedoch haben wir das Geld dafür erstattet bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat gut geklappt, wir haben auf jede Frage eine Antwort bekommen. Leider ist die Wohnung definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Die Tür des Balkons ist seit Monaten defekt, dieses haben wir bereits anderen Bewertungen entnommen. Die Tür wurde bereits auf einem anderen Portal schon Anfang des Jahres bemängelt. Die Dunstabzugshaube war total verfettet. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher müssten nach jeder Vermietung gründlich gereinigt werden. Wir haben sie so nicht benutzt. Der Schlüssel für die Müllentsorgung wurde uns erst am 3. Tag auf Nachfrage, wo denn der Müll entsorgt werden muss, ausgehändigt. Warum befindet sich dieser nicht in der Wohnung? Keine Anleitung für Fernseher oder Spülmaschine. Die hat trotz Einweisung am 3. Tag nur sporadisch gelaufen. Rolladen im Wohnzimmer defekt. Die im Schlafzimmer funktionierten nicht mehr, da der Schalter völlig locker war. Ausgeschrieben für 6 Personen, Stühle nur für 4 vorhanden. Geschirr und Besteck für maximal 5 Personen für eine Mahlzeit in der Wohnung. Tassen alle angeschlagen, Defekter Stuhl auf Balkon und in der Küche, Das Sofa total zerlöchert, das Schlafsofa eine Zumutung. Krümel von den Vormietern im Glastisch und der Duschvorhang... auch einfach eine Zumutung. Die Lage und die Gegend der Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt sind top.

Super séjour à Paris

La maison de Linda est très confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un bon moment. La station de métro RER est très proche et permet de rejoindre le centre de Paris en quelques minutes
