You'll love your stay at BeachCrest 904 not only for the stunning views up and down the Emerald Coast, but for its calm neutral palette, comfortable furniture, and room for up to 6 guests. The king bedroom includes balcony access and a private bathroom with large shower. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds and easy access to the updated hallway bath with tub/shower combination. Need to sleep more? The sofa pulls out to a queen bed.

All of your entertainment needs are covered. There's cable TV with TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room features a Blu-Ray player and both bedrooms have DVD players. Bring your favorites or grab one from Red Box, there's one at the Tom Thumb in Seagrove and at the WaterColor Publix.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Little get away

We loved this condo! Having a balcony from the main bedroom was wonderful - listening to the waves is a great way to sleep! There was great communication from the hosts. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The best thing about this property is the easy access to the beach! The property manager is also easy to access and quick to respond. We had to have the back of our toilet replaced during our stay and it was done promptly and without intruding on our time and space.This place is ideal for short trips - the beds aren’t super comfortable, towels aren’t absorbent, and there wasn’t good space for hanging towels or storing sandy items.

Great spot for a relaxing family trip

We had a great week. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. We loved being able to see and hear the Gulf from our balcony. The pool was heated, which was great. The beach service was so convenient. We walked to a coffee shop every morning, and rode bikes to dinner most nights.

Wonderful Weekend Trip

My mom and I had a wonderful weekend get away. We have been vacationing on 30A my whole life but this was the first time we have stayed at BeachCrest. We loved the location and access to the beach. The unit was nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back again!

Great location!

Great location, super close to Seaside. Everything was easily accessible. Have to grab chairs by 7am or they’ll all be taken. Only complaint at all is the bedroom doors don’t shut. Would definitely stay here again!

Bigger then expected

The living room kitchen area was bigger and nicer then it appears in the pictures. The place was very clean and the view was amazing. We loved leaving the sliding open so we could hear the waves.

Beautiful view and location.

904 at Beachcrest on 30A was overall very nice. The master bathroom needs an updated toilet and some of the doors need adjusted so they open smooth and stay on track. But the cleanliness was spot on and had all the household items you would need while staying. The view is breath taking and the beach chairs are added plus. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and recommend as well.

Gorgeous condo!!!

This condo was gorgeous - immaculate, comfortable, and amazing gulf front views! If you like to cook, they have new, plentiful, and everything you need cookware! Plenty of towels - which is rare, comfortable bed, washer dryer and chairs and an umbrella in the unit! The building itself is great - never felt crowded - everything was clean - pool is great!

Beautiful beach

Area is very family friendly, but very congested. Thankfully most were gracious to bikers and those walking. Property was nice, but could use a little maintenance. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Great Location - Would Stay Again

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice, great view, clean, and was fantastic to have beach chairs and umbrella provided on the beach with having an infant. The building is older but no problem at all as the condo was more updated. You can’t beat this location! Publix is right down the street - which we met one of the members of Florida Georgia Line at the Publix! And there are a lot of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed cruising 30A and visiting Seaside.

We are so sorry for letting you down in the area of property condition and cleanliness. We have taken your remarks regarding cleaning and maintenance into account and have passed them on to the proper parties. We do apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay and can assure you that these should not be an issue for future stays. We do however have no reports of these issues during yout stay, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service when given the chance and we are always here to help. Had we been notified; we would have sent the house keeping team back to the unit and we would have also sent the maintenance team to address the issue with the drain. Easy access to beach, and eat check-in/out.

My husband and I can for the week and enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest. Everything was nice but the one piece of feedback I’d give is that some of the furnishings are worn out. For instance the barstools had worn edges and the sofa was stained from wear and tear. The toilet paper holders were rusty and there was a corner wall missing trim and trim that easily fell off on another corner. None of these would cause us to not stay again but I think they are worth mentioning.

Great stay with my family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on an upper floor of Beachcrest condominiums. The condo was spacious, had all the essentials and the master bed was very comfortable. I was particularly impressed at how active the on-site staff was. They were constantly sweeping, vacuuming, and keeping the common areas very tidy. The best part about the place was the guaranteed beach chairs. There was never a rush to reserve them and they were spaced apart very well. This place is a great spot and we will be back.
