This 10th floor unit, with an amazing beachfront ocean view, BeachCrest 1002 is beautifully maintained and professionally decorated with custom fabrics and interiors.

Granite countertops, high grade stainless steel appliances, convection range with warming drawer, glass, touch-activated electric oven with custom control panel and cooktop are a few more of the wonderful amenities in this home-away-from-home. This beautiful unit is even equipped with a lighted wet bar and built in 18-bottle wine cooler.

King beds in both bedrooms with a full-size sleeper in the living room. The guest bedroom features a custom pocket door, making it a VIP suite with an en suite bath. There is a 55" Smart TV in the living room, and smart TVs in both bedrooms.

Beachcrest is in an excellent location and the facilities are well-maintained but be prepared for a shortage of luggage carts when moving in and out. Also be prepared to go to the beach early to secure an umbrella and chairs close to the surf.

The view was spectacular and everything we hoped it would be. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The kitchen had every necessity... even a regular AND keurig coffee maker. The location of condo was great for getting to many different restaurants without being amid the busyness some other areas present. Getting to the beach was super easy (although lots of stairs - just be aware), and having the chairs and umbrella sets as a part of the condo fee was great. The management company stayed in constant communication throughout our stay, although we had no problems that needed attention.

Great Location in the heart of 30A

Although the building is a little older, the unit we stayed in (1002) had been updated and looked great! The condo is right on the beach was amazing views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The facility has a heated pool which was nice. The stairs down to the beach are like walking down and up two or three flights of stairs, so be aware of that if you have trouble climbing stairs. The management company does a great job with automated responses that provide all the details you need for you stay, plus they connect you with some coupons to use during your stay. The only negative I have about our stay, which wasn’t too big of a deal considering everything they got right, was that we never received a response from the management company when we asked for an early checkin or late check out...just an automated response saying they would get back to us.

It was very close to the beach which made it really easy with two young kids. The power was out when we arrived which was unfortunate but no ones fault. We wished the management company would have provided updates on the situation. After hours maintenance did not pick up or return our call. We ended up calling the power company for an update. Also, the condo was very clean with the exception of the dishes and washing machine. Most of the dishes had to be rewashed because they were dirty and the washing machine was very moldy. Even considering these issues we would recommend the property to others. We had a great time and plan to come back!

Love the close access to the beach and the pool to break up the day. Management is the best! The fridge wasn't cool the day we arrived and they got us a mini fridge until maintenance could look at it later that day (and they fixed it that evening!). Only cons would be that since our first stay 4 years ago, the condo is looking a little rougher. The couch could use a good cleaning, and the main bedrooms bathroom could use a "deep" cleaning (especially the shower). Despite these cons, would absolutely stay in 1002 again.

Absolutely amazing condo ! Absolutely amazing office management!!

This condo is perfect! We had an amazing trip! The management went out of their way to help us. Our flight arrived super early, they stored our luggage for us. They were just exceptional. Condo was beautiful, clean. Loved everything about it!! We will be coming back soon!!

Seaweed

The condo was ok. Both beds are king size with worn out mattresses. We both had sore backs from the mattresses. There was so much seaweed on the beach that it was horrible and really dampened our week. I’ve stayed at places that sweep the beach of seaweed, this one did not. To top it off we only had one day that it didn’t rain. We left a day early because of these 3 things. Communication was a little lacking. I couldn’t get the condo info on Hospitality app and called and left 3 messages asking someone to call me. No return phone call after 24 hours. We’ll never stay here again!

Beautiful views and a great location.

The condo was nice but it didn’t Wow us. A few things to note…1-bathrooms are really small. 2-furniture needs updating…a mishmash of everything. 3-ice maker in freezer doesn’t work. I expected a bit more for the price we paid per night.
