L'atout principal de se logement est l'emplacement et le parking.Spacieux mais les équipements sont vétuste ( plaque de cuisson, table, bac de douche... )

Pratique et fonctionnel mais des points à revoir

Les échanges avec l'agence détenant les clés ont été simples et permettant de la souplesse. L'appartement dispose d'un très bon emplacement à quelques pas de l'océan. Une fois la voiture garée dans le parking de l'immeuble, tout peut se faire à pied ! L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel mais gagnerait à une reprise en main : sérieux décrassage, mise à disposition de matériel adapté (pour le nettoyage notamment mais aussi de plus de couverts), non abîmé (support papier toilette arraché) et en état de marche (grille-pain). Nous y retournerions avec plaisir, encore plus si ces points étaient traités.

Schöne Ferien in Biscarosse

Gute Lage zu Strand und Zentrum. Leider ist der grosse Parkplatz neben an auch gut besucht, und dies zu jeder Tageszeit und Nachtzeit bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Was sich auf die Schlafqualität auswirkt. Die Wohnung hat eine guten Schnitt. Der Zustand lässt aber zu wünschen übrig. Matratze duchgelegen. Alle Türscharniere quitschen und rosten. Das Türschloss klemmt. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche fällt fast vom anschauen ab (um). Haustür- Terrassen und Kühlschrankbeleuchtung geht nicht. Badetuch Wandhalterung fällt fast runter... Ich hoffe die Wintermonate werden gut genutzt für die Instandhaltung der Wohnung. Trotz der Mängel waren die Ferien wunderschön ( Wetter, Essen , etc. ..)
