Condo is in Mountain Run at Boyne at the base of Boyne Mountain.
Boyne Mountain is the Midwest’s largest ski area.
The space:
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,165 sqft condo. The master bedroom features a king bed with private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed and sofa bed in living room. There is a full kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The listing does not include lift tickets or Avalanche Bay admission.
The condo is fully stocked with dishes, linens, towels, a full size refrigerator, stove, any small appliances and washer/dryer.
Interaction with guests:
Phone, text or email - text is preferred.
I personally will not be at the unit to meet you. You will be reserving in your name and checking is just as you would any hotel reservation. I will be transferring the reservation to your name and you will check-in to get your key and parking pass at the Registration building. The front desk attendants can answer any questions you have about your stay, such as where to catch the shuttle.
Other things to note:
1) Because this is a timeshare location, you might be invited to attend completely OPTIONAL Preview meeting where they will share with you everything their company has to offer. This meeting is optional and you are not required to attend to be able to book with me.
2) Upon check-in you will be asked for a credit card as a security disposition, just like you would at a hotel. Nothing extra will be charged unless you damage the unit.

Nice place and great location.
Everything was good, plenty of room for a family of 4. Can be some confusion about which unit you will end up with though. Overall great stay. Would definitely rent again.
