Family fun

We enjoyed how close the pool and pickleball courts were to the condo, something the whole family enjoyed. The condo was clean, decorated well, and a nice place for our family of 10 to hang out. It’s also not too far from Petoskey/Harbor Springs area, which made for a good day trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Winter break

Good spot for a Boyne Falls winter break. Apartment was well appointed. Kitchen living area is small but manageable. Would have been good to have some form of information sheet to help with some house and local items, but we figured it out. Walk to the lifts is 5 minutes. Overall great for what we needed.

This condo was perfect for our group of 8. The kids loved the bunk room and the two other bedrooms & full bath set up were great. I would definitely stay again.

Great location and place

Such a great spot and much roomier than expected. Very short walk to Boyneland lift which can get you just about anywhere on the hill. Lovely condo with everything you may need and great hosts. Would definitely rebook if ever coming back.

Lovely Stay At Boyne

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as pictured, clean, and quiet. The location of the property was an easy walk to the slopes and the village at Boyne with several dining options. Hosts were quick to respond to communications and questions. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Great Location

My family stayed at this location for a ski trip in January of 2025. We loved the proximity to ski slopes and lifts. We enjoyed the water park as well. Only issue we had was Boyne management had changed the gate code. After a couple of phone calls to property manager. He have us the correct code. As far as property. The only thing was tv in master bedroom didn’t work. We just adapted to just use one in main room. Overall I would recommend this condo. Very family friendly

Excellent Location

Condo is as described! Close to the lifts, cozy beds and clean. Would suggest the addition of a utility rug at the front door, as it opens directly into living space and was a wet mess the entire weekend.

Nice condo for your stay near the slopes

Nice condo at boyne mountain. Super close to the slopes, could walk, but a short drive is more realistic if you have ur own gear. Super convenient to be able to go back and forth from the slopes of you need to. Property was clean, and felt cozy and spacious at the same time. Ease of access and clear concise directions make this location a great choice for a stay at boyne mountain.

Girls get away

The condo was very clean and roomy. It was quiet at nite, walkable to all the amenities and also offered free shuttle service. I would definitely rent it again.

Wonderful Stay for Ski Weekend

The condo was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. Can't beat the location if you're skiing — just a few steps from the base. One surprise we had was no bath soap or shampoo provided, so be sure to pack yourself. Other than that no issues and we'll definitely be back!

Ski trip

Good location with just a couple minutes walk to the covered magic carpet. New boyneland lift was just another minute or two from there. Everything was as the listing and photos said it would be. Would stay here again. Had a very minor issue with a sound from the furnace, but the host had it addressed promptly.

Perfect Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for meals etc. The fireplace was a nice touch to dry wet mitts and snow pants and to warm us all up after a day of being on the hills. Even though it wasn’t necessarily a ski in-out unit, it wasn’t too far away from the hills so we could easily come and go throughout the day. Easy walk to the water park and village also.

The condo was nice and great location

Condo was as pictured and plenty space for 5 ladies. Comfy beds. Great loacation. Few minor things to address but nothing serious. Suggestions would b to have a welcome book with maybe some information on the resort and map. Instructuins how to work living room tv would b helpful. Most information was sent in the check in email but lacking tv info. Maybe some folding chairs for the outdoor area. Enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again.

Great location & comfortable space!

Great location and great space. Made our first summer trip to boyne memorable and one we will be back for! Only wish there was a guide book to help us figure out what we could do, where we could go, etc. on the resort, and an iron as we were attending a wedding. Basic kitchen necessities are not there like salt, pepper, spices, oils, where typical VRBO places we have booked have had them. It did not ruin our stay or deter us from returning - just things to make note of. Loved the stay!!

2021 ski trip

Property was amazing!! Very close walk to ski lift as promised!! Everything was just as pictured!! Only issue was coffee pot did not work! No big deal as we were getting groceries and picked up one to get us through and have a spare at home 😁😁

What makes this property unique

Seconds away from Boyneland Ski lift and kids ski school. Great location for families and kids. You can walk to the water park and ski school / day care. Short walk to all restaurants and taverns which is nice not needing to drive after a fun filled evening.
