Hébergement bruyant sans ventilateur ni clim donc on y dort mal car il est situé près d'une boite de nuit et on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit incessant la nuit.

Un appartement bien situé, bien équipé.
Même la literie et les serviettes sont fournis.
Nous avons passé un très agréable s éjour en arrière saison.
Les craintes de bruit à cause de la discothèque juste à coté ne se sont pas avérées. La remise de clé était simple avec la gérante très sympathique, à l' arrivée ainsi que pour le retour.

Le tarif trop élevé par rapport aux prestations
Au niveau propreté plutôt passable, porte d'entrée de l'appartement qui ferme mal de l'extérieur, porte du lave-vaisselle cassée, canapé à changer!! Pour 1800 euros la semaine j'attends d'avoir des prestations de qualité malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas.
Et le pire du pire sur le coté droit de la résidence se trouve une discothèque : les vacances sont faites pour se reposer et non subir le bruit de personnes alcoolisées et droguées !
Je déconseille fortement cette location.
Par contre la région est magnifique et la résidence est à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage et 5 minutes à pieds des commerces !

Nous sommes navré je voulais retrouver l’appartement dans un état passable. La propreté et hygiène sont nos priorités premier.
Le canapé est neuf, Nous allons faire réparer la porte du lave-vaisselle cassé juste avant vous.en ce qui concerne la discothèque Biscarrosse est une station balnéaire très dynamique avec ses bienfaits mais également des méfaits .

Super location
La location est parfaitement situé à 5min de l’océan et de la plage Nord. L’appartement est très agréable, très bien décoré et comprend le tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonne vacances. Petit point négatif sur le fait qu’il n’y ai pas assez de couverts ni d’assiettes mais avec le lave vaisselle ce n’est pas vraiment un problème. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
