Summary:
This historic Savannah YWCA building turned into modern residences! Come stay away with us but feel at home in this tastefully decorated refinished condo. Positioned perfectly in the historic district, this unit is a stone's throw away to some of the best restaurants in town and less than a 5 minute walk to River Street! We offer a washer/dryer for you to use at your convenience. WiFi and smart TV's included.

The Space:
We offer a completely furnished kitchen ready for those who choose to dine in. Coffee and tea is provided to make your mornings easy : ) There is a washer/dryer in the closet available for your use and we also have a trundle bed in the second bedroom for those of you with kids or an extra roommate!

Guest Access:
There are elevators available for you on the main level, we are on level 3.

The Neighborhood:
We are two blocks from Chippewa Square, 5 blocks from City Market and just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best restaurants in town like Husk, Collins Quarter, Hitch, The Olde Pink House and DOZENS of others!

Getting Around:
You can walk to ANYTHING downtown from this location. Whether you wish to go on a run to Forsyth Park, do some shopping on Broughton, or just some walking on River Street, you are within a 5 minute walk to everything!

It was also very affordable for the area, which made the experience even better. We had a really easy and comfortable stay in this clean, well appointed apartment. The location was super convenient and the host gave excellent and easy to follow instructions for check-in and checkout. Having two bathrooms with toiletries was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked and I really appreciated the coffee, tea, basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, and pepper, and plenty of hand towels. We didn’t cook but it appeared to have everything we would need if we did. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again!

Very nice condo, neat and clean in a great location. A bit of confusion with check it, but all was rectified. Parking to check in can be challenging. We thoroughly enjoyed Savannah.
