The separate bedroom can accommodate 2 people (140 cm bed), has 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe and TV. You will enjoy a sitting area (with occasional convertible sofa), a living room-kitchen (the space is very bright lit by a bay window), a shower and vanity unit, a separate toilet and a a small balcony.
The apartment is very comfortable: dishwasher, washing machine, combined microwave and classic oven, induction hob, 140cm fridge, WIFI. At the foot of the building crossing the street: the fine sand, the ocean and its waves, bordered by a long pedestrian or cyclist promenade, between the sea and the old and modern villas. Children are welcome but it is not recommended because of the balcony.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not accepted. Linen is not included in the price but can be provided and beds can be made according to your request. duvets and pillows are available. A deposit of 380 € will be requested upon arrival and returned subject to litigation. Other services will be offered such as bicycle rental, caterer, beach towels and / or others, at your request.
