Beautiful home in SeaWatch at Kure Beach. Has community pool, tennis courts, and ocean side gazebo with restroom and private walkway that leads to the beach. This beach house has rocking chair front porch and 36'x10' back porch. Hardwood flooring, fireplace, and two master bedroom suites. The great room is wide open and spacious and brimming with beach flavor. The third floor has cathedral ceilings and a ocean view deck off third floor master bedroom.

Linens are provided.

House has six bedrooms. Two bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. The other four share two bathrooms. There are four bedrooms with queen size beds and two with king size beds.

1st Family Beach Vacation

Perfect Family Reunion HQ

We had two properties on Seawatch Way and four other smaller places in close proximity to get 31 family members from across the country together for a most memorable beach reunion. Accommodations couldn't have been easier or better!

Awesome place & location

Everything about this place was awesome! The house was plenty big for our family get together and had all the accommodations of ‘home’. Close & easy access to the beach and the added touch of access to the communities pool, playground & Pickleball court was a wonderful amenity. The owner was very responsive & great to work with. Wholeheartedly recommend this place for a family beach trip & look forward to staying here again in the future.

Spacious home in a lovely neighborhood, close to the pool and beach!

Stayed here with 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 3-17) and we all loved it! It is a nice home in a great neighborhood. The pool is one house away and the beach is a few minute walk. The house has bathrooms aplenty, which is a bonus when sharing a place amongst 3 families. The back porch is perfect for hanging or eating in the shade. We also liked the neighborhood tennis court and playground. We hope to be back! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

Very nice location with beach and swimming pool nearby The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was functional and fully stocked. We did have problems with the AC on the top level but thanks to the quick response from the host, the AC was fixed the same day!! We do recommend this house if you are planning a vacation in Kure Beach!

Wonderful!

I had a wonderful experience! The house is gorgeous and accommodated my extended family well. The neighborhood is beautiful with all the different color houses. We had ocean views from all 3 levels. I spent most of my time rocking on the screened porch and watching the ocean. The kids enjoyed spending time at the pool and on the beach. It was great having a restroom at the beach access! The Aquarium is only a few miles down the road, next to a Civil War Fort. We liked having Wilmington a short drive away for dining and entertainment - the river front is really neat. If you like seafood, I recommend the Shuckin' Shack at Carolina Beach and the Old Pier House at Kure Beach.

Great Family Vacation Home

The property was as described. Great amenities and the location is excellent. Living area was large and spacious. Bedrooms were good size with plenty of storage area. The back porch and yard was excellent. The pool was closed during our stay(due to covid19, no fault of the owners) which was a bummer, but it looked very nice. The playground and tennis courts were very nice also. Great place to spend a week with the family.
