Southern Exposure is a beautifully decorated duplex with panoramic views of both the ocean and canal from the top level kitchen, dining and living rooms. Our home has 6 spacious decks to sit back and relax either by enjoying the sunrise on one of the ocean facing decks, or the breathtaking sunset from one of the canal facing decks. Take the stairs or elevator to one of the 3 levels of living space. The first floor has a 2 queen BR’s, one with an en suite bathroom. Another BR with a twin over full bed, as well as a full bath are also on this floor. The 2nd floor has 2 queen master BR’s with en suite bathrooms, both with jacuzzi tubs. All four queen BR’s have private decks. The upper level kitchen is well appointed with plenty of granite counter space and 2 bar areas with stools to socialize while watching the chef cook. Stainless steel appliances, ice maker and wet bar are there to start your “Happy Hour” after a day at the beach! There are 4 TV’s throughout the house. A gas grill, guest storage locker with ample space for your gear, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. Enjoy showering off the sand and salt in the enclosed outside shower. Parking for 4 cars makes Southern Exposure the perfect location for a relaxing and memorable family vacation! Linens and Bath Towels provided by professional service . Beds will be made for you upon arrival!!!

Nice Family Spot

Quiet neighborhood in late April. Elevator was useful. Kitchen is huge. Ice that there was bottled water provided as Carolina Beach water has an egg smell we weren’t used to. Could have used a few more pillows and don’t forget your beach towels! We really enjoyed the balconies.

Perfect beach house for family gathering

Everything was perfect for our multigenerational family gathering. Kitchen was well stocked. The elevator was particularly helpful. We all enjoyed the ocean and bay views from the balconies.

Wonderful family vacation in a home that had everything! Location, views, comfort!

Had a wonderful vacation with beloved family. Made memories in a beautiful home that had everything including an elevator. Hosts couldn’t be more responsive and accommodating. Views were great and everything was top notch. Loved every minute!

Perfect Spot for a Family Vacation

Beautiful home easily accommodated a multi-generational family. Owner communication was top notch. The layout of the kitchen and living space on the upper level was fabulous with bedrooms located downstairs. We found the kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed; plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Just a short walk to an uncrowded beach. Plenty of beach gear available in the outdoor closet (a plus). Would definitely stay here again!

We transformed it into a beautifully decorated family vacation home with all the amenities to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable.

We chose this property primarily for the spectacular views of both the ocean and canal with incredibly beautiful sunrises and sunsets, along with the short walk to the beach.
