The studio is in a small building on a hill, 300 meters from a beach.

Semaine hyper agréable, logement très propre, très calme,et pourtant tout proche à pieds du centre.j ai pu assister a 1 concert Imuvrini a la citadelle, rayonner sans souci sur bastia, Corte et la vallee de la restonica, la balagne,la croix rousse,visites des villages,profiter des belles plages des agriates et de l ostriconi. Une bonne coupure,vacances reposantes. Je recommande ce studio bien agencé et propre les yeux fermés .

St Florent studio

Casa situata in posizione tranquilla e strategica. Centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in 20 Min circa, in macchina 5 Min. Abitazione molto piccola, monostanza con un divano a letto e letto alla francese, poco curata, bagno minimale, presente un bel patio esterno dove poter mangiare peccato per la presenza costante di formiche. In casa presente odore di muffa.

Emplacement bien cuisine pas propre plaques de cuissons sales j'ai dû refaire la vaisselle une seule grande casserole pour faire la cuisine pas de faitout ou de cocotte en plus pour le premier soir il manquait les draps pour la troisième personne c'est vraiment dommage

malgré mon expérience je suis toujours sidéré par les commentaires excessifs et décalés sur les commentaires écrits, à croire que la méchanceté est permanente. Oui il manquait un drap pour le deuxième lit, et dès que j'en fut informé j' ai proposé de venir, et la réponse fut; ça peut attendre demain..... en parole certains sont aimables et en écrit plus rien ne vas!

Logement parfait pour étudiants

Nous nous devons de donner un avis objectif sur ce logement en vue des derniers commentaires. Le logement est effectivement dans son jus, le mobilier est de premier prix voire à changer (pas de vrais matelas mais surmatelas, table). En revanche, c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix car le logement reste fonctionnel, super terasse, salle de bain propre (douche étroite mais fait complètement l’affaire !). Il nous a convenu car nous rentrions seulement pour dormir et se doucher ou bien manger sur la terasse. Honnêtement il est correct pour un couple seulement qui bouge beaucoup :) Super emplacement. Très pratique. Merci ! Paul & Léone

Appartement à refaire entièrement

Cuisine rudimentaire, impossible de préparer un repas pour plus d'une personne, couchage pas confortable (canapé-lit), impossible d'avoir sa place de parking car toujours occupé, rangement à revoir, il manquait un ventilateur car pas de clim, télécommande de barrière HS, il manque une poubelle dans la salle de bain, douche très étroite, moustiquaire déchirée mais la vue est agréable et la résidence calme, rénové il serait super sympa.

Je suis toujours impressionné par la mauvaise fois de certaines personnes comme cette locataire, et qui au lieu de téléphoner pour trouver des solutions, se défoulent par des commentaires excessifs. Le studio correspond parfaitement à sa description , il est petit mais est adapté pour un couple avec 1 enfant . Il est propre et entretenu. Le canapé lit est équipé d un surmatelas . C est bien la première fois qu'on me dit que la place de parking ( attribuée) n était pas disponible. Il n y a pas de clim, est ce n est pas une découverte, car la locataire m 'avait téléphoné et je lui avait bien précisé. Je note que la fin du commentaire est plus sympa. Résidence calme, très bien situé, et vue agréable.

Vraiment pas top !!!

Bonjour à tous , je suis désolé de donner un avis négatif mais pas le choix d'être réaliste....je rejoins les gens qui on laissé aussi un avis négatif . Car les avis positifs ne sont pas réaliste.il est temps de rénover la pièce et de faire un bon coup de ménage....dès que l'on arrive odeur particulière de renfermée, meuble vétuste, matelas de lit usée, bricolage électrique (du Scotch pour réparer interrupteurs de lampe et câble halogène).la vmc ne fonctionne pas. Tous semble être à l'abandon volets sale et non entretenu ....Mme et Mr les propriétaires vous gagné de l'argent pour louer bien ok c'est normal mais il serait temps investir rénover la pièce et aussi la terrasse et arrêter le bricolage grossier

Je ne comprend ni le fond ni la forme de ce message. Le locataire avait mon téléphone, et s'il avait un problème durant la location, il pouvait me contacter. Alors pourquoi , ce message méchant 2 mois et demi plus tard. Le ménage est fait avant chaque location par une personne habilitée, et contrairement à ce que dit ce personnage , le studio et conforme à son descriptif, c'est pourquoi heureusement des locataires l'apprécient .

Très agréable séjour !

Séjour très agréable dans ce studio très bien situé sur les hauteurs, à 10 mn à pieds du centre. La terrasse est vraiment top ! Logement propre et bien équipé. Procédures d'arrivée et de départ simples. Il manquait juste, faute de climatisation, un ventilateur pour rafraîchir un peu l'air. Une location à prendre sans hésiter !

Malgrado alcune recensioni non proprio positive, siamo stati attratti da questo annuncio che offriva, a un prezzo onesto, una posizione centrale e un terrazzo con vista. Posso dire che abbiamo fatto bene: appartamento in zona tranquilla ma centrale, terrazzino con vista per fare colazione e cena, dotato di tutto ciò che serve in cucina. Bagno completo di tutto e asciugamani in abbondanza. Perfetto per due persone ma dotato di un divano letto matrimoniale per eventuali altri due ospiti. What else? Noi lo raccomandiamo.

je tiens à apporter un rectificatif majeur , le ménage avait été fait ; j'avais Justine au téléphone quand elle est rentrée dans le studio pour la guider , elle ne m' a pas parlé de problème . Je l'ai appelé sur son téléphone après son départ, et j'ai dit que j 'étais surpris qu 'elle ait laissé le linge par terre , draps , serviettes et aussi un masque usagé . On m' a répondu qu'il y avait des fourmis et des feuilles sur la terrasse ! l'incident est clos

Lits canapés correspondants à des sommiers, (bonjour le dos, merci ibuprofène) pas d'oreillers, juste des coussins, douche accessible uniquement par des anorexiques, accueil sous forme d'excuse et que l'an prochain on va tout refaire, bref, à boycotter!

Studio très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien placé car proche d'une plage (de galets), du centre et du port, de plus au calme. La terrasse est très agréable, vue mer et citadelle ! Malgré le petit soucis à notre arrivée (nous n'étions pas prévu au planning et l'appartement était habité, le ménage alors très succinct, surtout en cette période d'épidémie, nous avons du le refaire avant de nous installer), le séjour fut agréable.
