STATION LOCATION and EQUIPMENT
The residence is located between the villages of Val Cenis Lanslebourg and Val Cenis Lanslevillard which form the VAL CENIS resort at an altitude of 1460 m, in the Maurienne valley. This station is located on the edge of the Vanoise Park.

USEFUL INFORMATION

The keys will be handed over to the following real estate agency:
"Le Plaisir en Vanoise" reception manager: DE SIMONE Karine - Aux Mélèzes - Foot of the Vieux Moulin cable car - 73480 - LANSLEVILLARD - Mobile: 06 83 48 34 46. The keys will only be handed over from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

In case of late arrival notify the agency on 06 83 48 34 46.

A security deposit in the amount of 400 euros is requested from the tenant. It will be returned within 10 days and possibly deducted from repair of damage caused or other .... A detailed inventory will be made on arrival.

The tenant must do the cleaning at the end of the stay. A deposit of 80 euros is requested upon arrival and will be returned within 10 days at the same time as the deposit.

The departure of the tenants must be done no later than 10am.

Payment of the balance is made before arrival between the owner and the tenant.
Payment possible in installments.

No animals
