"Stay Salty" Perfect Beachfront Home w/ Pool
"Stay Salty" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront home featuring over 4,500 square feet of upscale furnishings & fixtures, furnished walkout balconies and enough space to welcome up to 24 guests while on vacation! With 7-bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, everyone in your group will have plenty of room to spread out and find a space of their own while still being comfortable under one roof. If you can picture yourself floating in a private beachfront pool or dining with the waves each evening - you've found the perfect vacation rental!
As you pass by the front door seating area outside, the front door opens up to an introduction of the large entertainment and media room. The fully furnished, brick-paved pool deck is just down the hall and through the backdoor! Stay Salty has an amazing ground floor beachfront space featuring ample couch seating, full sized outdoor dining table seating up to 8 people plus additional barstool/high-top table which seats an additional 6. No one will be fighting over specific seats either because no matter where you choose to hang, your view of the Emerald Coast is crystal clear! Another cool amenity in this space is the outdoor grill, its positioned perfectly to take in the fresh sea air and beautiful sounds of the waves as you prepare your meal. The pool itself is a 12x17 "L"-shaped construction that includes a shallow sun shelf at the entrance (this is perfect for the little ones)! A little beyond your pool area is a beach boardwalk leading directly out to the sand and private outdoor shower for when you are coming in off the beach. And for those little needed breaks from playing outside, we made sure to build a full sized bathroom just inside from the backdoor :)
Located on the second floor is the main living/kitchen/dining space. The layout of this area was designed for optimal beach views while having the spacious comfort of home. The indoor dining table can seat up to 8 while the bar seating fits up to 5, outdoor dining is also an option on this floor out on the open-air balcony. With double refrigerators and state of the art appliances & equipment, the fully furnished kitchen will have everything you need to make every meal while the other part of your crew hangs back in the living area waiting for the dinner bell to ring! Down the hall are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a unique queen over king bunk, each have their own private en-suites as well. For added convenience, we placed a 1/2 bathroom down the hall as well as the first washer and dryer set.
The third floor has a smaller beachfront living room with a foosball and furnished walkout balcony. Next to it is a beachfront king master suite with private en-suite and beautiful walkout balcony. There are two additional rooms down the hall featuring a queen over queen bunk with private en-suite and then a single king room on the streetside with a large hallway bathroom.
On the very top floor (4th) there is an open work area with desk and small seating space. Located on the streetside of this floor is a fun multi-bed room with 4 twin beds and 2 twin trundles (sleeping up to 6 total) plus an in-room vanity and full en-suite. The beachside family suite has a very spacious layout with a king bed, twin over twin bunk and sitting area with open view windows of the Gulf of Mexico.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach is your backyard! "Stay Salty" has a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

*Please note due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm.
Stay Salty requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
2026: Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Saturday-Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Holiday Beach Rentals
Our stay at Stay Salty was great, we loved having the beach in our “back yard”, the kids loved to pool. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful views of the ocean everywhere you look. The hose decor gave off a modern beach vibe. Only thing I could say was kind of a bother was the furniture, particularly the couches smelled. Maybe from being old and used so much?? Maybe from people sitting wet on them? Old musty smell, everyone who would sit on the living room furniture said it smelled pretty bad.

The location was amazing. Being ON the beach made all the difference. Plenty of room to spread out, smart TV’s everywhere. The pool being partly shaded was great.
Plenty of space on each floor, plenty of deck and outdoor space, laundry main floor and upstairs, great views, 2 refrigerators were really helpful, great access to the beach, not busy on the beach, great location to all of south Lagoon area, Schooners, Pineapple Willies, out of the craziness of pier park area. Large house very nice decor clean new smell.

This property is absolutely gorgeous.. the location, the views, the cleanliness, the decor, the pool, the beach.
We had a large party of 24 and there was plenty of room & bathrooms for everyone. The decks are great with amazing sunsets… The management company checked in by text a few times to see if we needed anything.. I highly recommend…

This listing is absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 13 people staying and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and personal bathroom and that was much appreciated. Everyone commented multiple times that sitting by the pool was “paradise” based on proximity to the ocean. Holiday Beach Rentals was the best rental agency I’ve ever had the pleasure of using- they would answer messages in such a timely manner and were even available for our Sunday check-in. We had some issues with the pool heater not working for a couple of days but HBR sent a technician out daily until it was resolved and kept me posted via text about the pool status. We would 100% “Stay Salty” here again!

Overall we were very pleased with the house. There was some confusion on the property address as the VRBO app had one house number listed and correspondence emails had another house number, but thankfully the cleaning crew was on site when we arrived and they were super helpful getting us check in.
The lay out of the house is great for a large group, the furnishing were awesome and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessaries. However, the water pressure to the kitchen sink is terrible and it was very difficult to wash dishes and the dishwasher did not work the best.
It was very nice having two sets of washer/dryer, however the 3rd floor dryer would not dry the clothes at all.
There were a few other minor issues, but overall, we were very pleased!

This property was only a few months old when we visited so the home was beautiful and professionally decorated, everything was new (or new-ish), well-stocked kitchen with 2 refridgerators, 2 sets of washers/dryers, smart TVs everywhere (although no cable/satellite service), beds are comfortable (and plentiful), ping pong table outdoors on the ground floor, foosball, media room - fun! Just remember to pack a hair dryer if that's your normal thing.
Unlike the few reviews we read about the neighboring properties also managed by the same company, we had no issues with cleanliness when we arrived at this property - it was spotless and everything was picture-perfectly in order. And I'm OCD when it comes to cleanliness and order!
We enjoyed the lounge/plunge pool and the balconies with views to die for. Best of all, you are right on the beach (it was maybe 75ft from the house to the sand) with the most breathtaking sunsets. Was so convenient to go to the beach and back in to the house for a drink refill/snacks/re-apply sunscreen. Mid-October weather in PCB is still warm - it was 80s during the day and nice cool breezes from the ocean in the evenings. No beach crowds due to condos being further down or up the strip. We had the beach area right in front of the house to ourselves the whole time.
One thing to note: I was worried from the pictures that there would be construction right next to the house where it looks like another home from the same builder was being built. I checked before booking and the mgt company said that construction would not start until Nov. And they were right about that - no construction whatsoever during our stay. Thank you Holiday Beach Rentals!

Only issues were with the beach chairs/umbrellas not getting there until 10:20 on our last day at the beach, a couple of beds didn't have a fitted sheet but that was taken care of immediately and kids were disappointed that the pool light didn't work. Overall we loved the house and our stay.

Roach infectstation
I wouldn't recommend this unit or property management to anyone. After reporting and providing a video of roaches crawling, property manager did have a pest control company spray the unit. After the onsite manager witnessed the bugs crawling and pest control confirming there was an infectstation, there was no follow-up. Upon check out, I received a response from management that was sent the morning after arrival. We arrived on Monday and checked out on Friday, Very poor communication and the roaches continued to crawl on the day of check.
The home is beautiful but I did expect to spend my vacation in a Roach hotel.

We had no prior indication there was a pest issue present in that home. Just a couple of weeks prior to regular quarterly pest control service was done at that property there was not a report of a pest issue present at that time. We were able to have the home treated the same day the issue was reported but that is still not acceptable to find. For this we did refund you the full cleaning fee of $840.00. We do hope you find this compensation acceptable and apologize for the unpleasant experience.

This is a beautiful house loaded with amenities. It was great for our 16 family members. The access to the beach with the addition of the pool was a real plus! The only negatives were the construction that started the first full day of our rental and the fact that the boardwalk to the beach did not have handrails as did all others adjacent to ours.
