The main rooms of the villa, on the ground floor, offer a plunging view of the landscaped park, an old olive grove with preserved charm.

This space consists of:

· An entrance hall with wc;

· A large living room and a dining room for 12 people;

· A colonial-style reading and TV lounge (DVD player);

· A fully equipped kitchen (ovens, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher), complete with a galley with additional fridge / freezer;

· A bedroom (1), 180 cm wide bed, separable into 2x90, direct access to the terrace, provided with a shower room with closed toilet and dressing room;

· A bedroom (2), 160 cm wide bed, direct access to the terrace, communicating with an extra bedroom (2 bis), provided with a 2-seater convertible sofa and a cot. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with closed toilet in the bathroom, and a dressing room,

· A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Refreshing floor for the entire ground floor.

Upstairs you will find:

· A master bedroom (3), 160 cm wide bed, with desk, dressing room, bathroom with closed toilet and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

· A bedroom (4), 160 cm wide bed, with a shower room with toilet.

· A bedroom (5), 160 cm wide bed, with a bathroom with toilet.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms upstairs.

To add to the exceptional character of the place, the decoration as well as the furnishings of the villa Le Cœur Cigale are punctuated with unique pieces from around the world, a skilful blend inspired by the numerous journeys of its owners. The result: a sumptuous blend of antiques and world crafts.

In the garden are waiting for you sun loungers or a summer lounge in the shade of the pool house. Live outside enjoying the large covered summer kitchen, with plancha, fridge and storage, as well as a shower and a toilet.

The heated swimming pool is secured by a rigid cover. The jacuzzi is not covered.
