Design House in the center of Vannes

Completely renovated house of 170 m2 ideally located in the center of Vannes, close to the coastal paths, the port and the magnificent peninsula of Conleau.

The house overlooks a small, very quiet square in a family neighborhood.
Bus lines are within walking distance as well as the ferry terminal, the starting point for boats to explore the Gulf of Morbihan.
The casino and its restaurant as well as the aquarium are 10 minutes walk from the house.
For families, we have everything you need for your children: board games, travel cot (on request).
The house can accommodate up to 10 people maximum under conditions.

Travelers access
Travelers will have access to the entire house as well as the garage and its front and rear private and closed complement.
The house comprises on the ground floor a large en-suite bedroom with bath and shower room, as well as a dressing room. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, ... A table football is also available to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
A laundry room with dryer, washing machine, iron is also available.
Upstairs, you will have two double bedrooms, and a large bedroom with two pull-out beds (for 4 beds). A bathroom and a bathroom with WC are also upstairs.
All bed linen and towels are provided.

The price indicated is for 8 people. An additional 5 euros per night / additional person will be requested (max 2 more people).

Nous y avons séjourné en famille et avec des amis pour un we prolongé . Tout était parfait : l accueil très chaleureux de Teresa , la décoration très raffinée , la praticité de la maison , le petit jardin - terrasse , la situation à quelques minutes en voiture du centre …Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce bel endroit !

La maison de Téresa est vraiment magnifique, rien ne manque la literie est excellente même les serviettes de toilette sont bien épaisses!! Teresa est une personne très sympathique ce qui est encore un plus. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Cet hébergement est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Très bien placé dans une résidence calme, près des commerces, et à 2 km à pieds du centre de Vannes. Un centre commercial à proximité (super u, pharmacien, boulanger...). L'hébergement est très bien équipé pour une famille accompagné d'un bébé. Très confortable pour les soirées et les repas. Wir haben hier drei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht und diesen Ort, diese Stadt, diese Gegend sehr genossen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist großzügig, komfortabel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut durchdacht und bietet Ruhe und Erholung. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch zentral. Vannes ist in Fußnähe erreichbar und abends ist man schnell für ein erfrischendes Bad in Conleau. Vielen herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Teresa, die immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit war und gute Tipps zur Hand hatte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette belle maison qui est très confortable, moderne, spacieuse, et fonctionnelle. La maison est très bien située, dans une rue calme, proche de la gare maritime et du centre de Vannes. De nombreux commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied ou en voiture. Nous avons fort apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison, si proche du centre historique de Vannes, de la gare maritime, du golfe du Morbihan dans son ensemble et de tout ce qu'il a à offrir. La propriété est bien pensée et agencée et nous a permis de nous détendre dans un cadre soigné, calme et propre. Teresa a été disponible et à l'écoute, notamment en répondant rapidement à chacun de nos messages. De bon conseil et extrêmement serviable, elle s'est montrée particulièrement accommodante quant à notre modification de planning involontaire et nous l'en remercions. Les goodies sur le comptoir de la cuisine à notre arrivée ont également été bien appréciés ;-) Nous avons adoré le coin et envisageons d'y revenir, nous n'hésiterons pas à reprendre contact avec Teresa pour une autre semaine de location.

Superbe villa moderne

Idéale pour un séjour entre amis, tout y est, le grand salon pour échanger, la table pour les dîners conviviaux, le BBQ et le salon de jardin qui vous invitent à poursuivre le plaisir d’être ensemble par ce beau temps que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour.
