For lovers of nature and tranquility, bucolic property located in the village of Pontevès. Beautiful house that can accommodate 14 people or two families, completely renovated in 2015. Quiet, friendly place, not overlooked with breathtaking views of Mont Bessillon.

1 st house: 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, fully equipped American kitchen, living room, large shaded terrace and plancha. Capacity of 10 people.

2nd annex house: 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, lounge, kitchenette. Capacity 4 people.

25 ares garden:
- First terrace adjoining the large house with plancha
- Second shaded terrace, adjoining the small house
- Third wooden terrace by the pool
- 8m / 4m swimming pool and numerous fruit trees
- Outdoor storage space under the terrace, large parking, car port and ping pong table.

Close to nautical activities such as the Gorges du Verdon, Lake Sainte Croix (30 minutes) and Lake Esparron (40 minutes). Many nearby Provencal markets (15 minutes). Village grocery 5 minutes walk.

Beau gîte et belle région encore verte en septembre

Le cadre est agréable, les maisons bien décorées et rénovées, le plancher du 1er étage est bien insonorisé, la grande tablée en terrasse est vraiment sympa, propriétaires aimables et disponibles pour les demandes d'infos, la région est très jolie et verte, on a passé un bon séjour de 3 nuits (pour un mariage) , il y a qq bémols : - remontée de mauvaise odeur dans la douche privée, il faut mettre de l'eau dans le siphon mais quand on utilise les wc, ce dernier se vide apparemment. - un wc et une douche avaient leurs serrures cassées par les locataires précédents, embêtants qd on est 10. - un wc pour 10 dans la grande maison est un peu léger mais gérable. - une chambre pour 4 est traversante pour accéder à une chambre pour 2.

Week-end

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans un grand logement où nous étions 13 amis. Certains lits étaient inadaptés pour des adultes (2 ) sinon il y avait tout le nécessaire. L'éclairage de la piscine est également en cours de réparation ce qui serait un plus. L'accès y est un peu difficile notamment la nuit car on y accède par un chemin Par ailleurs, la propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable.
