In the commune of Montmeyan, we offer this charming 140 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 43 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m².

The accommodation comprises
- A 43 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (wood provided)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: a pull-out bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs

Outside area :
- A private (unheated) 11x5m swimming pool, open from early May to late September and secured by an alarm (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is not operational until July.
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 2,000 m² private, fully enclosed garden

The house is ideally located in Montmeyan, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Aix-en-Provence 90 km away (about 1h10 by car)
- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence, 100 km away (about 1 hour 20 minutes by car).
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the region.

- The swimming pool is not operational until July.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The fireplace is operational and the first flare of wood is free.
- Fibre is available in the accommodation.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
