Welcome to Gulf House 203, a recently updated condo that offers wonderful views of the Gulf.This cozy and comfortable space is perfect for a beach getaway.

Here's what you can expect from this lovely vacation rental:

Master Bedroom: This room features a king-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom, providing a comfortable and private space for relaxation.

Second Bedroom: Equipped with two twin beds, this room is ideal for kids or additional guests.

Living Room: The living room has large sliding glass doors that provide fantastic Gulf views, making it a great place to unwind. There's also a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you might need, from a coffee maker and microwave to cooking utensils and cookware.

Amenities: The condo is equipped with ceramic tile, flat-screen TVs, and comfortable furniture to make you feel at home.

Laundry: A laundry room is conveniently located just around the corner from the unit.

Complex Amenities: The Gulf House complex has a swimming pool, and it's conveniently located right on the beach, offering you easy access to the Gulf waters.

Parking Passes: Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. You can have up to two parking passes per reservation, allowing a maximum of two cars.

Linens: Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach towels.
Starter Set: The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was super clean and well organized! We had everything we needed. They even reached out to us the following morning after our first night stay. The check in and out process was a breeze! Great location! Close to the beach and walking distance pool area and grill for cooking for the fam! Highly recommend! We've been visiting Gulf Shores for over 10 years. First time at Gulf House and we will certainly stay there again!Thanks for the memories!!

Condo was clean, excellent ocean,beach and pool view. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. Beds were mostly comfortable. The pullout sofa mattress needs to be replaced as well as 1 of the twin beds had a dip in it. Blankets for sofa bed were especially rough on Sun kissed skin. Plus we paid for 2 parking places and weren’t even able to park in our lot for half the time we were there. Over all we had a great girls trip. Friends for 40 years

Perfect size for our girl’s trip. (4 adults). We had a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our trip. Really enjoyed the view of the water from the balcony. Only complaint was the sidling glass door was a little hard to open.

Convenient!

Stayed here with my three young kids. It was a perfect fit for us! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was so convenient to be able to walk to sea n suds on the beach! Would stay here again!

I will first praise the positives of this condo.It is centrally located to many stores and restaurants.It is easily accessible with provided carts and an elevator.It is on the beach.Unfortunately, the cons, definitely outweigh the pros here.While parts of the condo seem updated, the kitchen ceiling etc are newer, most of the rest of the condo is in need of updating and improvement.The carpets are disgusting and heavily stained.The rooms aren't the cleanest, with random trash remaining from previous guests.Many of the dishes aren't clean.There aren't enough toiletries or towels provided.The pool isn't monitored.Children roam freely with no adults and jump and dive in, with no regards for others.One of the main gates is locked close and there are no clear directions on how to get to the beach etc..The guests would be better served, if there was staff on the premises.For the price we paid, I don't think that we would return

Family Birthday at the beach

We enjoyed our time there. Everything was very nice, and well equipped for all of our needs. We would surely enjoy coming again to the same rental. Only complaint we had was that we had to struggle to open the sliding door, it took two hands to open, other than that it was a very nice stay.

A+ Location

Extremely clean condo with easy beach access. I loved the balcony looking into the ocean. The master bathroom was a little small for us but we swapped bathrooms with our kids and it worked just fine. After hours check in was simple. Would stay here again!
