Villa Kaja with private sauna in Ski Center Bansko
Ideally located chalet on a quiet street only 300 meters from the gondola ski lift offering a little escape from the everyday, which was exactly our goal in creating a relaxing space for our guests.
Our house is consist of 4 double (or triple)-bed rooms and 1 quad apartment each one with bathroom. We spent countless hours designing and remodeling our space, and searching for the perfect flooring, finishes, furnishings, most comfortable mattresses, and luxurious linens and towels. Every room has unique mountain view.
The comfort and style of the villa doesn't end in the bedrooms. You'll love our fresh and fun decor downstairs, flowing through the open living and dining area. Sit back on our plush sofa that converts to a queen bed Either spot will give you a fantastic view of our 58-inch flat screen TV. When dinner is ready, gorgeous dining tables and colorful chairs will fit your entire group. Make your own karaoke party with professional equipment.

Fergus and his friends were a great guest. We really enjoyed their stay. Everything went easy, from the first message to the end of their stay. The Perfect place to stay!!! Loved it & perfectly located too!!!
We had a brilliant holiday staying in Villa Kaja! There was 8 of us & we all had the privacy of our own rooms & bathrooms with a great hub for getting together at night with everyone & facilities for making great meals! The heating was timed perfectly as my kids said it was so cosy! It was the perfect Home from Home! I would recommend Villa Kaja to any groups going to Bansko!!! The landlord was very helpful with any queries we had & couldn't of done more for us! Thank you from lynda family & friends
