Newly Painted and styled - Perfect house for families, couples or friends gathering. Master bedroom (king) on the first floor includes spacious bathroom. Living room with large sectional is the perfect place to watch football or unwind at the end of the day. Gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The back porch with grill and seating and fully fenced in back yard. Fully equipped kitchen includes all you need to serve your group at the dining table. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, double bed and single day bed and ensuite. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a twin over queen bunkbed with trundle bed. Full size washer and dryer downstairs. Parents there is an easy place to park a haul truck or trailer for move-in weekends. House sleeps 11 easily in beds but sectional can accommodate even more guests. Walk, drive or uber to the square, campus or stadiums to enjoy all that Oxford has to offer.
