Newly Painted and styled - Perfect house for families, couples or friends gathering. Master bedroom (king) on the first floor includes spacious bathroom. Living room with large sectional is the perfect place to watch football or unwind at the end of the day. Gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The back porch with grill and seating and fully fenced in back yard. Fully equipped kitchen includes all you need to serve your group at the dining table. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, double bed and single day bed and ensuite. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a twin over queen bunkbed with trundle bed. Full size washer and dryer downstairs. Parents there is an easy place to park a haul truck or trailer for move-in weekends. House sleeps 11 easily in beds but sectional can accommodate even more guests. Walk, drive or uber to the square, campus or stadiums to enjoy all that Oxford has to offer. This property was great. We only had our adult kids with us, but it would have been great for our dog too. The fact that each bedroom had a well equipped bathroom was helpful to get ready for our family wedding. The owner was so helpful and a great communicator. The location was close to everywhere we needed to go. I totally recommend it!

The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of additional sheets/blankets. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and talking. Great Stay in the Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was excellent. Close to everything we needed and in a quiet, convenient area. The backyard was a highlight: spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a day out.The beds were surprisingly comfortable, probably the best we’ve experienced at a VRBO, which made a big difference for our overall comfort. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the host made the experience easy from start to finish.We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located home base.

Great stay for our soccer tournament!

I’m so glad we found this place! It was close to the soccer fields, shops, and restaurants. The place was perfect for our family! We had two teens and two preteens! Plenty of space! The house was clean and well stocked and the host were so nice! We would recommend this place and hope to return!

Great location for a traveling pet

This condo is in a very convenient location just across Hwy 6. Quick trip to OM. We brought our dog and this place is on a dead end and has a cul-de-sac. Very quiet and we were comfortable for several days. The kitchen had everything for preparing a home-cooked meal for the freshman in need.

I’ll start with the goods: The location of the property was amazing as it wasn’t far from the main attractions of the city. It was spacious enough to hold about 10-12 people. We used this home for housing a bridal party. Along with getting ready there for the wedding. The backyard area is CUTE ! The issues we faced: The house had an Ant issue. We were killing ants everyday we were there(sofa, table, kitchen area). The bed linen throughout the home wasn’t the cleanest, and we either rewashed them to the best of our ability or just didn’t sleep with them. Unfortunately, the issues we faced in the home made our stay uncomfortable and not completely enjoyable.

Taylor - I am so sorry that your stay was not amazing. We have not had any issues with the ants and suspect that it is all the recent rain bringing them inside. I did have my cleaners come with ant spray on Saturday willing to help in any way possible after hearing from you late on Friday. I hope everything else in your wedding weekend went well. We were also disappointed to find a piece of broken furniture that you didn't report. Also, all the plants were left out in the direct sunlight all weekend and most did not make it. Oddly a week later we are still not seeing any ants either. Not sure what happened there. We now know to be on the lookout for them.

A magical Christmas in Oxford

Great location, Nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. It was nice to have the kitchen necessities already available in the pantry. Beds very comfortable. A very quiet neighborhood during the holiday season. Stephanie was a great host to work with.

New diva destination!

We loved the private residence yet convenient location. The square was a 5-minute Uber ride away. Each of the four of us had our own bed and each room had their own bathroom. We would stay here again.

The house was like visiting your family if they were really cool and great housekeepers. Better than the pix online and everything you could possibly need, including votives for the back porch. Great original artwork! Good area to walk your doggie. (Someone was a member of my mom's sorority, too!)
