This flat is a cozy duplex full of charm (open kitchen, wooden beams, fireplace, and view over a small quiet courtyard). It is a 65 m2 flat on the first and second floors of a very old building and located at metro Reuilly-Diderot (Line 1, the most convenient line in Paris, and Line 8)

THE APARTMENT

The living room has an American kitchen (table with 4 chairs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), sofa, fireplace, and flatscreen television.

The top floor bedroom has a large 1.60 meter bed. It has a slanted ceiling and skylight for daylight.

The second bedroom on lower level has a single bed with large closet space.

The bathroom is large, bright, and clean and equipped with tub and laundry washer. Drying is done on a rack.

SERVICES & FACILITIES

The apartment is fully furnished with fresh towels and sheets.
All utilities are included (cold & hot water, electricity, internet, phone, cable TV).

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Reuilly Diderot is ideal for those who like green spaces as well as shopping, culture and good food.

Just meters from the apartment you will find a large supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries, specialized food stores, metro, children’s playground, swimming pool, large healthfood store, etc.). There is also an outdoor food market across the street on Thursday and Sunday mornings.
Close by there is the Marché D'Aligre, a typical french market with fabulous produce. You can also enjoy wine, oysters, and a cheeseplate in old bars surrounding the market.
Great shopping can be found in the Bastille area and the Marais.
Culture is also closeby with Musée Picasso, Maison Rouge, and Center Pompidou only a few meter stations away. Pere Lachaise cemetary is a must-see too.
Green spaces include Jardin de la Gare de Reuilly, Jardin de Reuilly, and Viaduc des Arts, a lovely planted walkway lined with bamboos and roses. The path can take you all the way to the Bois de (URL HIDDEN) of the two biggest forests in Paris.

Bastille, Faidherbe Chaligny, and the Marais all offer an vast array of great cafes, restaurants and nightspots.

TRANSPORTATION

You have metro lines 1 and 8 just one minute away and lines 2,6, 9 and RER A under 10 minutes walk, giving you access to all of Paris. There are also numerous buses that can give you a more scenic view to Paris.

The flat is very close to 4 train stations: Gare de Lyon (10 min walk or 1 metro stop), Gare D'Austerlitz (20 min walk or 3 metro stops), Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est (20 min on subway).
Disneyland is 35 minutes from Nation (1 metro stop away)

CLEANING

We will take care of washing the sheets and towels. However, we ask you to leave the flat clean. (ie clean dishes, ovens, refridgerator, toilet)

- Check-in between midnight and 6h: 44 €

- Check-out between 6h and 8h: 20 €

- Check-in and Check-out on holidays: 10 €
