Jennifer, my wife is from Beverly Mass and I'm originally from Colombia raised in Northern New Jersey. Currently we live in Delray Beach but we visit Camden at least 2 times a year. Jennifer an entrepreneur owns a very popular vintage shop called Nest of Delray is the responsible person for decorating the house. I am a CPA with my own practice that is currently licensed in NY, FL and MI. We are in love with each other and Camden.

This cottage is set up in 2.4 acres of woods with a mountain back drop which creates lots of privacy. The one-floor living is convenient for all ages making it more manageable and relaxing. The back of the house will have a nice sitting area with a gas firepit and gas grill set up to enjoy steaks and/or lobsters from the local town market to compliment a cool beverage. You will love the open concept living/dining/kitchen area as it provides a comfortable location for everyone whether they are cooking dinner, playing cards or relaxing with a glass of wine and all found just minutes from town. Camden is the premier location in Mid-Coast Maine and Bay View Street is arguably one of the nicest streets. The home is relatively new, however, the new owners finished it off with a classic design and upscale furnishings. Everything in the cottage is new as of Fall of 2019 and transformed with the hopes of making it comfortable and cozy to relax at the house or after a day's worth of exploring the area. We have categorized this property as having or being near a sandy beach. More specifically for this property - it is a short 2 minute walk to the pea-sized pebble and sandy town owned public beach called "Laite Beach". There is not an actual usable sandy beach at this property (it's not even on the water), but the nearby beach is great for kids and that is why we have classified it as being on or in this case - "near" a sandy beach. 1st Floor- Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Master King Bedroom with EnSite Bath, Queen Room and Two Twin Bedrooms that share a Full Bath with Tub/Shower, Den with Queen Pull out, Half Bath and Laundry.

Take a step back in time as you walk down Bay View Street to town or down to Laite Beach Park. Bay View Street is one of the most commonly walked streets in Camden and while a mile and a half from downtown, it is very scenic for an afternoon stroll. You will be delighted with all of the area amenities you have access to within easy reach. Across the street no more than 1,000 feet is the Atlantic Ocean. 2.4 acres of land on top of a hill surrounded by woodland, nature, wildlife and a stone throw from the Atlantic Ocean.
