We had a wonderful stay at this property. Todd was an outstanding host and the house is elegant and comfortable. The pool area is even prettier than in the pictures and was a highlight of our trip. We can’t wait to return!

Todd was wonderful. He was excellent with communication prior to check in to ensure everything went smooth. The house was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Location was close to town as well. We could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you.

This house was fantastic! The accommodations were exactly as advertised. My husband & I enjoyed our stay. Todd was an excellent host and checked in with us throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, beds were very comfortable and the pool was perfect. It was a great place to unwind. We will definitely book again!

Great mid century home! Nicely appointed and updated. The walled pool was a real treat. Staying there is an immersion into a beautiful slice of the late 50’s California dream. Todd is a particularly gracious host who makes his guests feel cared for but is not obtrusive in the least. I will definitely return.

Great place to rent. Clean, quiet and convenient. No surprises or any letdown upon seeing the place, it really is nice. The backyard is wonderful for hanging out, I wish we had done that more. In addition to being a great rental, the communication with Todd was excellent. He virtually answered all of my messages within minutes, and I really appreciate that. Highly recommended!

Have you ever wanted to live out your poolside, Sinatra-fueled, fancy cocktail dream for a few days? This is the spot. This is a really lovely property in a fabulous mid-century neighborhood. Beautifully appointed home with on-period furnishings, and a back garden to match. The patio and pool area look like the cover of a Martin Denny album (that’s a good thing!). The salt water pool was the perfect temperature to spend literally all day floating in, reading and listening to the blast furnace hot wind rustle through the palms. The neighborhood was super quiet and so MCM cool - do yourself a favor and take the bicycles in the garage for a ride around and do some ogling (go early in the morning before the serious heat!).Our host Todd was so considerate and accommodating. He was very clear about checking in and out (gave us a few extra hours on check in and check out day - thanks! :) and there’s a binder of clear, helpful info re: the house and Palm Springs on the kitchen counter right when you walk in the door. He even turned on the AC in the house ahead of our arrival when we provided our ETA. This was SUPER appreciated, given that it was 120 degrees in PS when we arrived! Highly recommend this property and this host, and we will be back!

Love the review as we do have a great location not far from downtown palm springs in the racket club area and it was great to hear Mary enjoyed our spacious beautiful outdoor space with out salt water pool, lounge chairs, bbq and fire pit to name a few.

Todd was great to communicate with. The house is great and a good value. Todd even arranged to heat the pool for a reasonable fee. If you're a pool owner you know what it costs to heat a pool in December! Close to downtown, close to the tram. I'd stay here again, thanks Todd!

Palm Springs Perfection

Beautiful home inside and out and possibly the best customer service made our five night rental memorable. The kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfy and the host does all he can to make sure we enjoy our friends getaway. We hope to make this an annual gathering in PS!

Perfect for a family vacation

Beautiful house. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a great getaway to Palm Springs. Saltwater pool was lovely. Patio has plenty of seating with a hammock for relaxing and a gas grill for dinners. Location is great too -- short drive to all that Palm Springs offers.
