The apartment is located at the foot of the Le Ray tram stop (12 min from the center, 17 min from the beach by tram) on the 5th floor out of 6 with lift. You can easily park your car for free in the surroundings and do everything on foot or by tram. It is ideal in summer. You can take the bus to connect Monaco, Cannes for only € 1.50.
It is very pleasant with its large sunny balcony. It also has a free internet connection, a washing machine, a separate fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, large freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a bathroom. shower with separate wc, two large bedrooms with new memory foam mattresses, offices and large wall cupboards.
You are in the heart of a shopping district (supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacco, bakeries, florist, pizzeria ...)
