This spacious apartment is situated on the cliffs of the famous Mont Boron Mountain, Cap de Nice on the east side of Nice. The apartment 'hangs' over the cliff and affords stunning views from all rooms over the Mediterranean, from the lighthouse in Villefranche to the coastline of Nice all the way to Antibes. The apartment has two master bedrooms each with high quality double beds, linens and air conditioning. The large air conditioned lounge opens on to a 30 metre terrace and small garden. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan to the dining area seating 8 and looks on to the comfortable lounge with a smart tv. A private elevator and 3 flights of steps take you to street level from where you can walk to the beach or town with reliable bus services in either direction.
This peaceful location is perfect for enjoying the city, beaches, the mountains and most of all the stunning views of the Mediterranean. A perfect rental.

The apartment was a wonderful space for a week getaway. Wonderful view at the sea through all windows, equipped comfortably and with style. All you need to feel comfortable. Pam was very friendly and supportive to our questions. Very happy to return during our next November Nice week

We had everything we could have possibly needed. The view is incredible and the apartment is airy, clean and spacious! Grocery store and transit were less than 5 minute walk and local bus took about 10-15 minutes to get to Nice. Mme Demacon is fast to respond and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and views were well worth the stairs.

Amazing Stay in Nice!

Location is everything and this place is anazing. The place is well equipped and the views are unbelievable. Close to grocery store and has a garage for your car. It does has a lot of stairs to get up to place, so pack light.

Truly the best vacation place we have ever stayed.

Everything about this place is perfect! The Location, cleanliness, space, amenities, the host Pam is fabulous! We did not want to leave after five days. Waking up to those views every day is incredible. One day we even cancelled plans and stayed at the property all day!

Amazing stay

Perfectly located on the edge of Nice for a bus ride in to town or east to Villefranche sur mer, walking paths to Mont Boron or along the coast. Very completely appointed with everything we could have asked for. Pam was available and very helpful. The daily farmers market in old Nice is not to be missed! Truly a fairy tale vacation.

Ideal location and ease of travel to Monaco and Nice town centre

Lovely property with all we could ask for, stunning views and a lovely garden area to sit in. Great weather meant we could eat all our meals on the terrace with the Mediterranean as our back drop. Access seemed a bit daunting at first but we soon got used to it and it proved no issue, the convenience of bus links to all areas of the coast certainly makes this property a winner, plus a good supermarket within a 5 minute walk made buying food easy. Definitely recommend

We’ll be back

Beautiful corner apartment with sweeping views of the Riviera coast. Well-stocked kitchen. This apartment was well-suited for two adult couples. We loved the option to walk or take the bus to Nice or VilleFranche-sur-mer. We found it easy to not have a car. You do have to run up and down many stairs but that makes for a great view from the apartment!

Great Stay

Fabulous stay. Has everything you need. Pam was great on check in and during the stay when we had questions come up. Quite a few stairs as advertised and doors with locks, but once you have it figured out after a day it is much easier to maneuver entering and exiting the villa. Fabulous terrace with view. The awning was great for when it rained. Easy to grab Ubers on Boulevard Maurice Maeterlinck. Grocery store is large and has everything you need and more. Nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Washer and dryer were great for long trip/stay. Excellent location to travel the entire French Riviera with ease.

Lovely apartment

Just as advertised - a lovely apartment - very well appointed - very comfortable. Pam was very helpful and available- there are some steps as has been noted - we walked up rather than using the lift. We are 70 both fit and wanted the exercise but there are parts with no railings and uneven so if you are not intrepid you would definitely want to use the lifts. There are just a few few stairs from the lift. Very well located with fabulous views from all the rooms. We stayed 10 nights and were very content.

Amazing Views

The apartment is just as sun-filled as the pictures display. The views of the Mediterranean and Nice beyond are spectacular. I spent two weeks here in September and the weather was beautiful every day. It is a great spot for touring the neighboring towns, or going into Nice. There is a large supermarket for shopping within walking distance. It is a residential neighborhood, so you have to drive to Villefranche-Sur-Mer for a cafe or boulangerie, but that was never a problem. The kitchen is well equipped, and we did eat some meals at home. There are plenty of guide books at the apartment, and Pam was always available for any questions. I would stay here again.

Fantastic vacation!

This property location allows you to live like a local Beautiful , unique unit with incredible views Near bus stops and grocery store. Nice walk to port Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture.,great showers Great deck/patio Unit could use a couple cosmetic repairs in ceiling/walls in hall. Our only negative would be the process getting to the street.... steep stairs, elevator.,more stairs, gates, locks etc. Pretty physical especially carrying. groceries Getting luggage to pick up point for departure very difficult Overall we would recommend this unit for a terrific stay in nice...but only if one can handle stairs and walking

Turn of the year in the swallow`s nest

We spent four weeks in the beautiful flat and felt very comfortable there. The view is fantastic. The location is quiet and ideal for walks in the old town of Nice or by the sea. Thanks to the excellent bus connections you can explore the surrounding area. Pam`s service was excellent and she helped immediately with any problems. The unusual design of the flat, which is anchored to the rock and looks like a swallow`s nest, takes some time getting used to. The flat is overall very good, tasteful and fully equipped, even if some of the furniture is getting on in years. The flat doesn`t get really warm at low temperatures as there is a draught under the patio door. It would be nice if there were some reading lamps. With these additions it would be perfect accommodation for a holiday on the Cote d`Azur.

Perfect base for 2 couples outside of Old Town

This was the perfect base for our stay in Nice. We wanted to be outside but close to old town. The apartment is everything we expected it to be! The views are fantastic! Just as advertised. Rooms were all large. Apartment was stocked with everything we needed. Market was basically right downstairs. Yes there are steps and a lift. If you Uber to the upper entrance the steps are not too bad. If you want to walk down to the main street, there are a lot of steps, but there is also a 2 person lift that takes care of most of the steps going down. It was about a mile walk to Old Town or a short Uber ride. Some nights we just had dinner on the patio as the views were so fantastic. The garden was the perfect place to have coffee or read a book when you want to chill. Apparently Elton lives up the road - though we did not find his home. A great place to stay!

Nice apartment but access is a nightmare

The property was terrific. The apartment was bright and spacious. Lovely views of the coast. We were close to bus connections going up and down the Côte d’Azur. Only 8€ for an Uber to city centre. BUT access to the apartment was a nightmare. The access from above involves 85 steps down, and of course up. The access to below involves 2 elevators one of which broke down twice. The access issue is almost a deal breaker for us to ever go back to the same apartment. The owner also needs to buy a chest of drawers for the second bedroom with the ensuite. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We lived out of our suitcases on the floor for a week. Property Manager Pam tried her best to mitigate the elevator issues but those issues almost ruined our stay and delayed us getting to the airport to get on our flight. Not worth the risk.

Very Nice Stay in Nice

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this Villa Apartment on Mont Boron in Nice, the first week of June. We rented this property after reading the reviews on HomeAway, and would have to agree with all of the positive comments of the previous travelers. We found it very relaxing and romantic staying there as a couple. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-designed and fully equipped. The Owners and the Manager, Pam. have seemed to think of everything, as we did not want for anything. Pam was responsive to any questions that we had and was a pleasure to deal with. The views are fantastic from every room in the apartment. We enjoyed watching the yachts and passenger ships pass sail by, and the lighthouse twinkle in the night. This location allows you to hike into Nice, Villefranche, or on Mont Boron. We would have lunch in a restaurant, and mostly walk back, although we took a taxi a couple of times. Then in the evenings, we loved grilling meals on the little Weber grill on the Terrace and drinking a bottle of wine. We found the availability of the garage very convenient, as we had a rental car and made several day trips. The elevator comes in real handy to go to the supermarket, which is close by, or to start a walk into Nice. There are quite a few stairs to negotiate coming down from the upper road, and if you have heavy bags, its a bit of work. But on departure, we found bringing the suitcases down by the elevator and then wheeling to the garage to be much easier. As a matter of fact, if you have heavy bags, we would suggest using that method when checking in also. We highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful villa..spectacular views

If it's possible...this looks even better in person! The views were simply breathtaking and the villa is very comfortable. This trip was a surprise 50th birthday trip for my sister. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Three adults stayed here for a week and there was plenty of room. The market downstairs was extremely convenient and allowed us to have some delicious home cooked meals during our stay. Fresh fish, cheese, bread, olives, flaky CROISSANTS and of course...wine!!! All found in the market. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. We used the bus line regularly and found the experience easy. There are a plethora of helpful brochures, guidebooks and bus line schedules (and books) on the book shelves. Thanks to everyone who added to the collection. The keys are indeed plentiful but Pam does a great job of explaining each and the various colors and sizes help to remember which goes where... so it wasn't that bad at all. Speaking of Pam...she was so very pleasant and responsive. Big THANK YOU to her for assisting us with finding transportation to and from the Nice airport and checking on us during our stay. The laundry room was a helpful addition. I would add to one of the other recommendations of having washcloths along with the towels. (A minor thing.) NICE is absolutely beautiful! Looking forward to returning to visit Nice and this Beautiful Villa and sipping wine on the terrace with those breathtaking views. I wish I could have packed up that natural light to bring home. It's amazing how powerful natural light really is. The place was so peaceful and homey. I miss it already!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place this to others... I've already done so... Enjoy!

Villa de rêve au bord de ma mer

Nous avons choisi cette villa paisible au bord de la mer pour visiter la Côte d’Azur. Le Tramway ou le métro est accessible à moins de 30 minutes de marche ou 12 minutes en bus sur le boulevard Maurice Maeterlinck.notre hôtesse nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de la villa. Elle est très bien équipée. Beaucoup de luminosité dans cet appartement.les deux chambres sont très confortables.

Wonderful apartment with spectacular view

Extremely well equipped apartment with almost 180 degrees view of the ocean. Excellent reception by host who explained all the features of the place. You have to be prepared to ess as lj some steps or take a tiny elevator for two people max. ( no luggage). Parking is free in garage. Very good bus connection into Nice and Villefranche. Walking to Nice is longer than suggested on the website.The walk to Villefranchealong the coast is recommended.

Beautiful property. Close enough to downtown for a nice walk but far enough to feel disconnected if desired. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

Beautiful scenery from this property. Great location, we walked to nice and cap ferrat, the coastal walk is stunning. Pam was great with check in, I did read about the stairs to get up to the property from the street level and that wasn’t a big deal. Prettier than the pictures in the ad
