Beautiful Chalet stacked with character and charm.

Stayed here with my family and fell in love with the place straight away, easy access to the ski bus and only a 15min walk to the village. Philippe was an excellent host and was on hand to show us round on arrival and for any problems we may have had. Would definitely recommend, many good memories made.

Christmas 22 Les Contamines Montjoie

Wow! From the chalet host (Philippe) to the location and the chalet itself, this was truly an amazing experience. Our rescheduled Christmas 22 holiday made more welcoming by Philippe, who guaranteed our stay in his beautiful rustic chalet. The chalet itself is large and roomy with plenty of comfortable space to relax; warm furnishings aplenty amongst modern utilities make for a relaxing time when staying inside. Finally, thank you to Philippe for hosting and providing much local knowledge making our holiday experience extra special.

Took our breath away! Wow a stunning beautiful alpine chalet and grounds.

Stayed here in July 2022. Beautiful traditional alpine chalet with steep staircases and quirky corners. The gardens are stunning and the pool, hot tub and sauna (which we don’t use as weather was lovely and hot) are superb. Host’s Philippe and Laure live next door and are really helpful and knowledgable about the local area and bonsai trees. We stayed with two children (aged 11 and 13) and three elderly parents (age range 78-80) all managed the steps and stairs, but I would say that the stairs in chalet are not really suitable for older or infirm people. We would return again as we adore the area and the chalet and facilities were simply stunning.

Beaucoup de charme

Le chalet est magnifique et plein de charme, l'accueil de Pilippe très chaleureux. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances malgré quelques détails domestiques pas au top, lave-linge en panne, plaque électrique avec un seul feu opérationnel, pas de sécurité piscine (prévue mais pas encore installée). Philippe a été très réactif pour la plaque qui a été changé dès le mardi. La literie et le linge de maison sont excellents. Le jardin absolument magnifique et bien entretenu. Pour finir l'environnement est très beau et très calme et la vue du chalet juste sublime.

Das Haus war ein Traum. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es war alles vorhanden. Der Whirlpool ein highlight! Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles.

Très beau chalet accueillant et très agréable ( espace de vie conviviale, cheminée XXL , chambre parentale spacieuse, sauna et jacuzzi avec vue sur les montagnes).Belles balades juste derrière le chalet. Merci à Philippe pour son accueil. A recommander.

Une très belle expérience !

Philippe nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Le chalet est très agréable et fonctionnel, avec un beau jardin et une piscine. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien à 3 familles avec 6 enfants.Beaucoup d’activités familiales aux Contamines. Bref nous recommandons !
