Located at Les Coches station in Savoie. Apartment 5p. 30m2. South exposure. Spacious bedroom, double bed. 2 sofa beds in the living room and a trundle bed. SDB with shower and tub. Separate WC. balcony with 2 deckchairs. Ski locker.
The apartment must be returned in the initial state, ie cleaning and storage. Dishes cleaned and put away.
Disposable mattress pads are provided and to put on the beds and to remove at your departure.
A deposit will be required for the rental of € 200. It will be returned to you after inventory by us.

Really good apartment, responsive host. Great location right next to the ski slopes, ski bus and not too far from ski lifts. 5 minutes walk into Les Coaches for a selection of amenities. Apartment was very well kitted out and had lots of useful kitchen equipment and plenty of crockery for 4 people. The sofa beds in the lounge were a good size and comfortable. The shower is really nice, lots of water and plentiful hot water. Ski locker handy though not really big enough for 4 sets of skis and boots! Overall a great base and great value.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Le logement Ă©tait propre. L’appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© aux bords de la piste menant Ă  Montchavin. En cas d’arrivĂ©e en train, la navette de bus s’arrĂȘte juste devant la rĂ©sidence.Les commerces sont un peu Ă©loignĂ©s (environ 10 mns Ă  pied).L’intĂ©rieur de l’appartement convient idĂ©alement Ă  3 personnes (pour le volet rangement).Les Ă©quipements sont complets.Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien guidĂ©s par Martine et Sophie au moment de notre arrivĂ©e.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il est bien situĂ©, Ă  moins de 150m de deux remontĂ©es dont Lac Noir. Le contact avec Mme Watiau a Ă©tĂ© excellent. Parking facile autour de la rĂ©sidence. Il peut ĂȘtre judicieux de prĂ©voir de faire ses courses alimentaires avant de monter en station, le choix Ă©tant limitĂ© aux Coches.

Description de l'appartement conforme

Appartement trÚs bien pour 4 personnes. Il est trÚs bien situé lorsqu'il y a de la neige. En absence de neige dans la station, il faut marcher et monter une grande cÎte pour accéder aux pistes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de navette gratuite pour relier la Plagne. Appartement trÚs bien équipé et bonne literie. C'était trÚs calme dans l'immeuble. Léger soucis de propreté à l'arrivée qui n'avait rien à voir avec le propriétaire. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. HÎte trÚs réactive

Appartement trÚs bien équipé et trÚs bien situé. Nous avons appréciés de voir un appartement aussi bien entretenu. Le seul petit bémol pour nous serait la literie car trop dure pour nous mais c'est un avis un peu personnel. Je le conseille. D'ailleurs, nous allons y retourner surement. Merci

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour dans un appartement adapté à une famille de 4/5 personnes. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé. Un seul petit point négatif il manque de rangement pour une famille.

TrÚs bon séjour au ski

Appartement agréable, propre et bien aménagé. Cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie. Un peu juste pour les rangements. Résidence plutÎt calme avec départ et retour à ski possible. Proche des commerces (8 mn à pied). Parfait pour une famille de 2 parents et 2 enfants (11 et 7 ans).
