Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations



Come relax on the 14th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom for occupancy up to 6. This unit has been upgraded to included new living room furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. A new washer and dryer installed fall of 2019. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ONE ON THE SAME FLOOR!!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Clean condo with great views of the ocean! A great spot for our family during our summer vacation. Second bedroom was spacious which was great for our kids. Minor fixes would have made our stay even better (patio door was difficult to open and close, doors unable to lock for master bedroom, two lamps needed new lightbulbs).

Beach visit

Overall the stay and condo was as advertised. However, for a VRBO property I expected a higher level of basic necessities. The bath towels were closer to a motel quality standard and the limit of one toilet paper roll per bathroom is a problem when there are four people sharing a condo for 5 days. Especially when three of the guests are women. Otherwise the condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. But I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and I’ve never had such poor quality towels and toilet paper.

Great condo!

This is one of the first stays that was “as advertised “. Great beds chairs and view. Only thing I would suggest is on the bed frames those sharp corners are nasty to your shins and the metal legs on the side midway on bed damaged a few toes until we bought a pool noodle and cut to fit for protection. This unit could also use a toaster but that was all. Housekeeping and all personnel we interacted with were super friendly.
