A contemporary, functional, Mediterranean-style villa located on the seafront in Colonia de Sant Pere. Its excellent orientation makes it a very sunny space from which you can enjoy stunning views of the bay, ensuring an unforgettable vacation.
This villa is ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends who want to experience the charm of this beautiful part of the island. It is located in a very quiet residential area, just 200 meters from the beach and 2 km from the town of Colonia de Sant Pere.
The property has 120 m2 spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a main dining room integrated into the kitchen, and a secondary living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The villa also includes internet access and satellite TV. For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Outside, you can enjoy a private pool in a fenced garden with lawns and trees, an outdoor shower, and a built-in barbecue. The home's porch is fully furnished, providing a perfect space for relaxing.

Haus direkt am Meer, unglaublich ruhig und erholsam. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Einfache Abwicklung ! Was gibt es schöneres als auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und das MEer zu beobachten

Sehr schön und ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen

Das Haus, der Garten und die Lage waren phantastisch. Man liegt im Garten quasi schon am Strand weil das mehr nur 20 m entfern ist. Man kann entspannt am Pool liegen und beim Meeresrauschen lesen und die Seele baumeln lassen. In der näheren Umgebung sind viele gute Restaurants und zum nächsten kleinen Ort ist man am Meer entlang auch in 20 min spaziert. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und alle nötigen Elektrogeräte sind vorhanden. Das Haus fanden wir sehr sauber vor. Es war vom Flughafen mit dem Auto in knapp einer Stunde zu erreichen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind am Strand, der etwas steinig ist, wunderbar zu genießen. Da man etwas ab vom Schuss ist hat man auch den gesamten Strand am Abend fast für sich alleine. Die Bilder des Hauses haben absolut der Realität entsprochen. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter war perfekt und unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus S'Embat direkt am Meer

Das Haus S'Embat ist hübsch eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl darin. Es ist gut isoliert und verfügt über eine Zentralheizung. Insofern war unser Aufenthalt auch im Februar sehr angenehm. Grandios ist der Ausblick aus den großen Wohnzimmerfenstern auf die Bucht von Alcudia.
