Villa Epi welcomes you to Cala Pedruscada with a spacious 285 m² villa, ideal for up to 6 guests. Enjoy 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your convenience. The private kitchen is well equipped and includes a coffee maker (no capsules provided). Additional amenities include heating in every room, TV, washing machine, 2 cots, and 1 high chair for families with children.
Step outside to your private garden, a covered terrace, an open terrace, and 5 private balconies with beautiful mountain views. The private outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing and cooling off during your stay. You also have a private barbecue for outdoor dining. Beach towels are provided for your comfort. Events are not allowed on the property, and smoking indoors is prohibited. Please keep music at a moderate volume to respect the neighbors.
Located in a quiet residential area, just 200 m from the sea and 10 minutes from Son Moll beach. Restaurants and the Cala Rajada harbor are nearby. A tennis court is 5 minutes away on foot.
