T4 of 103m2 for 8 people: ground floor on arrival side and floor on sea side of a villa located at the entrance to Ile rousse in the town of Monticello, waterfront with direct access to the sea. Depending on availability it is possible to add 1 adjoining studio for 2 to 4 people (ad 11477)
it has a terrace to the south and sea side of a large terrace with a view of 37m2 with dining area, barbecue and sunbathing, 2 double bedrooms, a cabin bedroom for 4 people (bunk beds) 2 bathrooms, independent fully equipped kitchen overlooking the dining area of the sea side terrace, internet access, collective garden shower,
private parking (up to 3 vehicles) in the garden with remote control gate

the city center, shops, restaurants and their terraces are 1.5 km by road and 25 minutes on foot via the customs road (very pleasant walk by the sea to the beach, the port and the lighthouse) .
accommodation can be rented together or separately
