Designed for family holidays or getaways with friends, the villa offers panoramic views over the sea, the village of Monticello, the mountains, the Agriates desert, and the distant Cap Corse.
You will enjoy a spacious contemporary home, fully air-conditioned, featuring generous volumes, several terraces, a heated 4x10 m pool, a private garden, and outdoor spaces designed to make the most of summer days and evenings.

The Villa
Villa Gioia is a recent, comfortable, and elegant property set on a private, landscaped plot. It enjoys a privileged location: peaceful, on the heights of Monticello, while remaining close to the village, beaches, and L’Île-Rousse.
The house offers beautiful interior volumes and a strong connection to the outdoors thanks to large sliding glass doors. From the living room, terraces, and several bedrooms, you can enjoy sweeping views of the sea, the village of Monticello, the mountains, and the Balagne landscapes.

Living Areas
The main living space includes a large, bright lounge, a comfortable sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large bay windows allow you to fully enjoy the view and provide direct access to the main terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals as well as larger gatherings: oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine cellar, and ample storage.

Bedrooms
The villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:

1 master suite with a 160 cm double bed, private shower room, WC, and terrace access with sea view


2 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, sea/garden view, and outdoor access

1 bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, ideal for children or friends

The ideal capacity is 8 guests. A baby cot can be provided on request.

You will enjoy several terraces to dine in the sun or shade depending on the time of day, a pool area with sun loungers, a summer kitchen/laundry area, a plancha grill, a second refrigerator, and an outdoor dining area for 8 guests.
The heated 4x10 m pool is located just below the house, in a शांत and preserved environment.
