Thanks again, for staying with us folks. As noted, we are a very remote, rural destination way up in a high mountain valley. The wifi is satellite and the TV gets 2 stations out of Butte, along with app. subscriptions that guests bring along with them. It's about as good as it gets in a town of 94 people, at 6,200 ft up, 70 miles from anywhere. But the fishing, hunting, skiing and soaking sure makes up for it! -R&T

With regard to a clearer explanation of the fee structure, That's a tough one because we mention it 4 different times in the initial property overview. Even so much as: "*Note: The advertised base rate includes use of the entire 3 bedroom (4 separate beds) and 1 bathroom home. Custom accommodation rates can be added/subtracted as follows based upon your specific needs: *Home & 1 bedroom, 1 bath: $129/night *Home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath: $159/night *Home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath: $199/night *Home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths (Master Suite): $275/night" Sorry that you missed all of these, but we will be sure to inquire with guests just to be sure that they are indeed aware. Barry did not stay with us. His reservation was cancelled due to a family emergency. He was given a full refund and offered a free night's stay in the future, (he booked just a 1 night stay) along with our deepest apologies. I don't know what more we could have done? Sometimes life happens and you have to respond. Our children take precedent over Barry. Most folks would understand... -Rick & Tammy
