Grand dining room can seat up to 16 generously-proportioned armchairs for formal dinner parties at our massive walnut custom-made extending dining table, features historic quarter-sawn oak paneling, hardwood floors, huge contemporary chandelier, built-in heritage sideboard with fully-equipped drinks station featuring Keurig coffee maker (a selection of coffee pods provided), tea kettle (a selection of organic teas provided), 16 coffee mugs, 16 teacups and saucers. This is a stunning home, very stylishly decorated and was perfect for our party of 10 when we visited Toronto to attend a friend’s wedding. Every room is finished to a very high standard, right down to the towels and linens provided. The social spaces such as the large dining room, living room and outdoor decking area were perfect for our meals together and helped create a great environment. We found the location to be ideal too, a 2min walk to the nearest streetcar stop if we wanted to head into the city, and plenty of great places to eat on the doorstep. Emily was a fantastic host and provided us with so much extra information about the local area. When we head back to Toronto we’d definitely be hoping to stay here again.

Emily’s house is perfect for anyone wishing to host a family gathering. It is in a great location, so well equipped for large groups, and like home from home. Emily and Jeff were great hosts, really helpful and on hand to help with anything we needed. Our week staying there for our sons wedding was perfect and will always give us happy memories. Emily and Jeff were awesome hosts and shared in the excitement of our Son’s wedding. This was the best decision we made in preparation for the wedding. Such a beautiful home, offering us the opportunity to relax both indoors and on their lovely deck where all the amenities and seating made days and evenings very magical. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated, quiet and very comfortable for sleeping....with many TV’s providing for personal preferences. We appreciated Emily and Jeff’s support to entertain a small group of family and wedding attendants the evening before the wedding. It was so important to us and everyone fell in love with this home and will have fond memories of such a special occasion. We loved the neighbourhood, felt very safe and my family found transit to be incredibly convenient and connected them very efficiently with the Toronto landmarks. We would be hard pressed to come up with any suggestions for improvement. This home exceeded our expectations!

Emily and Jeff are great hosts. Their house is so beautiful and clean that you won’t be able to leave at the check out day. They don’t make you stress before your trip or during your stay. If you need anything from them, they will respond/help you as soon as possible. You will never feel that they might forget something for their guests. The reason of our trip to Toronto was family reunion before our wedding in Toronto, and we just let Emily know that we might have some guests during our stay. She kindly provided us more than enough chairs for our guests and always asked for what we need more. We have made great memories in their house and we will never forget this trip.
