Tucked in the scenic village of Francorchamps, just minutes from the legendary Spa-Francorchamps F1 circuit, this modern 6-bedroom holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends. Surrounded by the Ardennes forest, it offers a serene retreat with stylish interiors, spacious living areas, and a range of amenities for all ages. Relax in the private sauna, soak up the sun on the furnished terrace, or gather around the pellet stove. The basement game room features billiards, foosball, table tennis, and a gaming console, while a fitness room and trampoline in the fenced garden provide active fun. Very nice stay

The house is beautiful. The deck gives a nice opportunity to enjoy the sun and view. The host is very nice and always there for questions. Some maintenance is over due. Especially the deck and main table outside need some care. Other than that, very nice stay.

Mooi en compleet ingerichte woning. Ligging goed voor wandelingen en fietstochten. Door de windrichting, was de nabijgelegen autosnelweg dikwijls hoorbaar. De kleinkinderen hadden een grote tuin en een speelruimte beneden tot hun beschikking. Ze hebben zich helemaal niet verveeld. En op het gelijkvloers is er een speelruimte met grote TV en Playstation. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Das Objekt ist an einigen Stellen sehr sanierunsbedürftig. Die Fotos versprechen etwas anderes, als das, was man vorfindet. Alles in allem ist es für den Zustand zu teuer und deshalb nicht zu empfehlen!

Alles war perfekt

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit einer großen Freundes Gruppe im Haus. Es ist alles super sauber und ordentlich und das Haus ist sehr groß mit tollem anliegenden Garten. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Mooi huis waar van alles te doen is voor jong en oud Mooie omgeving een nadeel is de wenteltrap naar beneden naar de kelder vanuit hier kun je naar de tuin Tip: een trap vanaf het balkon naar de tuin zou fijn zijn vooral als je er met 8 jonge kinderen bent die steeds naar buiten willen Je hebt er een mooi wijds uitzicht vanaf je balkon waar we goed op konden zitten we waren met 15 personen we hebben er gezellige,dagen gehad en zouden dit huis zekers aanraden voor anderen

Een mooie villa, alleen vallen de slaapkamers qua grote tegen, op de foto's lijken ze groter en de trap naar het souterrain, daar waar het biljart en tafeltennis en fitness ruimte + de sauna is, vonden wij een zeer onveilige trap (de planken zitten alleen vast aan de middenpaal en buigen daardoor wat door) en ook erg nauw, niet gemakkelijk om te lopen, er was geen bin voor rest afval aanwezig wat zeer vervelend was, ook omdat er een klein kind van 1,5 bij was. Verder was het goed.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Valerie, de huiseigenaar, die ons meteen een duidelijke uitleg gaf van het huis. We hebben met heel de familie ( 6 volwassen en 4 kinderen) genoten van het mooie vakantiehuis. De kinderen (leeftijd tussen 5 en 7 jaar) konden hun hartje ophalen in de leuke speelkamer en de mooie grote tuin. Ook de grote speelkelder was voor jong en oud erg in trek. Toch een puntje van negatieve feedback is dat het tuinmeubilair met de kussens ( boven op het terras) aan vervanging toe is. Jammer genoeg hebben wij onze vakantie vroegtijdig moeten beëindigen ivm de wateroverlast. Dit is door Valerie en Belvilla goed opgelost, waarvoor Dank 👍🙃🙃 Nu al 3 jaar, met de familie, geboekt bij Bellvilla en we zijn altijd erg tevreden over het huis, de informatie en het contact met Bellvilla👍

Heel mooie en comfortabele villa. Bij aankomst wegwijs gemaakt door heel vriendelijke eigenaar. Alles was kraaknet en de bedden waren perfect opgemaakt. De woning biedt heel wat mogelijkheden. Door de coronamaatregelen waren uitstappen niet mogelijk maar de speelkamer met de vele attributen, spelletjes en puzzels waren hel leuk voor de jongste kinderen. De volwassenen konden zich uitleven in de kelder met tafeltennis, biljart, tafelvoetbal, darts, ... .Ook de fitnessruimte kon bekoren net zoals de aparte tv-kamer (met playstation). De enige minpuntjes zijn: de gevaarlijke draaitrap naar de kelder, het te krappe kookvuur wanneer er voor een grotere groep moet gekookt worden, een beperkt aanbod van bierglazen, en de verwarming die niet zelf kan bediend worden en die 's avonds vrij vroeg wordt uitgezet. Dit laatste wordt deels goedgemaakt door de pellet kachel waarbij voldoende pellets zijn voorzien. Jammer is wel dat men op de dag van aankomst pas vanaf 17u00 in de villa kan. En op de dag van vertrek moet je de villa al verlaten om 10u00 wat niet eenvoudig is als je met een frotere groep bent. Beter zou 11u00 zijn. Maar dit alles weegt niet op tegen alle positieve zaken die het waarschijnlijk maken dat we in de toekomst nog eens naar de villa zullen komen.

Wij hebben ondanks de toenemende corona uitbraak en maatregelen besloten om toch ...

Wij hebben ondanks de toenemende corona uitbraak en maatregelen besloten om toch onze vakantie die we afgelopen zomer al geboekt hadden door te laten gaan. Uiteraard hebben wij alle maatregelen zoveel mogelijk ter plaatse gevolgd en nageleefd. Dankzij dit FANTASTISCHE vakantiehuis hebben wij ons dan ook geen moment hoeven vervelen. Voor kinderen èn volwassenen genoeg te doen in en om het huis. Verder uiteraard genoten van enkele wandelingen in de omgeving bij Cascade du Bayehon en het meer van Butchenbach. Het huis zelf was perfect schoon en het flesje Cava in de koelkast was een hartelijk welkom! Dank voor de fantastische midweek, en misschien tot volgend jaar!!
