Nine Vail Road Condos are located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom two bath suite features 1067 square feet of living space on two levels; One king bed; Two Twin beds; queen sofa sleeper; full kitchen; deck and in unit washer/dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Cozy and clean

The property was as expected having stayed there before. Would totally recommend. The specific unit I was in, was clean, well stocked, and cozy I would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay there again. Thank you for a very relaxing stay!!

Excellent location

Stayed with my husband and 18 year old son for 1 week in March. Excellent accommodations and location. Impending snowstorm in Denver forced us to come to Vail early and the property management could not have been more accommodating allowing us to come 1 day early and check in when we arrived. We walked to dinner everyday in the village and stored our skis in a locker near the gondola so we did not have to carry everything daily. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
