Location très moyenne

Appartement mal chauffé dans immeuble mal entretenu ( pas de lumière dans l’escalier, odeur d’humidité )Propreté des draps et matelas à revoir, aucun produit de toilette à disposition , télé ne fonctionnant pas. Seul contact par téléphone avec la personne bien sympathique s’occupant du ménage.

Avantages : Idéalement situé, proche plage et centre. Très calme et lumineux. Balcon plein sud très agréable. Chambre séparée, reste bien fraiche. Inconvénients : Mobilier vétuste. Salle de bain exigüe et minimaliste. Télé qui ne fonctionne que de manière aléatoire. Propriétaire pas très réactif.
