About this property

Rental near the beach in a quiet area.

Apartment, upstairs, located above an unoccupied room, facing south, at the end of a closed driveway, away from traffic, in the middle of a private enclosed garden with trees, with terrace.
This rental (2-star label) is completely independent, a few minutes (half an hour on foot) from the beach, Authie Bay and close to shops.
Price with tourist tax and charges included:
Optional: cleaning fee: 30 euros, sheets 7 euros / bed.
From 27/06 to 29/08: 450 euros / week other periods 300 euros
A deposit of 150 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure, deductions made for any damage or the cleaning fee if the tenants do not wish to do so.
Minimum rental period: 7 days
We send a rental contract directly, in which you can choose the options if you wish.
Low price, no refund in case of cancellation.

Gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe vom Meer

Erholung pur!Die gemütliche Wohnung liegt schön ruhig,trotzdem nicht weit vom Sandstrand.Den umzäunten Garten lieben unsere Hunde,ein Paradies für sie.Obwohl Nebensaison haben die Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Passage zum Strand geöffnet ,ebenso ein Lebensmittelladen.Familie Januard ist sehr gastfreundlich,gerne kommen wir wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques. Très belle région propice aux déplacements enrichissant avec de belles ballades en baie de somme.la plage de fort mahon ,Berck et ses phoques. Le Crotoy. St Valéry ,Rue avec son magnifique beffroi et bien d'autre. L'embarras du choix. L'appartement très bien tenu et très agréable de quoi passer de bonnes vacances.

Petite maison avec jardin idéalement située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite maison avec un très joli jardin entouré d'arbres fleuri. Situé à une 20aine de minutes à pied de la mer, elle est idéalement située. La maison est très petite et dans les toits, en particulier la salle de bain et la toilette où il ne faut pas être trop grand, sous peine de devoir se plier en 2. Mais cela n'a pas du tout gâché notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très conciliants.
