Great family condo in the best location! Minutes from downtown Tahoe City and Palisades Tahoe. Gas fireplace to enjoy your evenings by! This well priced condo allows you to take advantage of all of Lake Tahoe activities.

Enter into large foyer where you can store your boots, skis, and active wear. Upstairs hosts a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining area for your friends and family. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs! For all those pickleball fans, the complex now has a nice court to use. The bedrooms, laundry area, and a shared bathroom are on the lower level - enjoy the cooler evenings at this complex during hot summer nights.

Location:
Downtown Tahoe City with an abundance of great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Miles of easily accessible paved bike/hiking trails minutes from your front door. In the Winter months, ski resorts include Granlibakken Resort, Palisades Tahoe, and Northstar. Cross country skiing is close by and rentals are available at Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area.

Parking:
There is parking available for 2 cars max anywhere in the complex and in front of the condo.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Great Condo for a Mountain Getaway

The condo was very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for you to enjoy a getaway in Tahoe. The check-in and check- out process was easy. Nice access to local bike and walking trails, convenient to Tahoe City.

Great Location, Nice Condo!

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights for an event near Tahoma. The location was perfect, and the condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It wasn't exceptionally hot when we stayed, and the condo stayed cool and was comfortable for sleeping. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect retreat.

My son lives in the area and after giving him several selections to choose from, he suggested we stay where we did. I'm so pleased that we chose this condo. It was the perfect location for us. The condo itself was clean, spacious and quiet. We'll definitely be back!

This is the perfect little spot for an average family. We have a 15 yr old girl and boys 12 and 9. This is not a super fancy place, but perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to be comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend of travel ball in Tahoe.

Great Location-Comfortable Stay

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend, it was a comfortable stay and the check in process was easy. I wouldn't describe this as luxury as indicated on the posting we saw but it was comfortable enough. Quiet spot and close to the areas where we wanted to be. The TV was very confusing to use and kept shutting off due to a 'timer activation'. We were also missing a couple key items (wine bottle opener we ended up purchasing and leaving due to only having carry ons). I would describe this more as a rustic cabin in a great location.

Good location and interesting lay out.

Key lock box was difficult to use, CO detector was chirping and kept me up the first night, maintenance wouldn’t come until the next day but then did fix it right away, the pictures aren’t accurate. Overall, its an ok rental that was just fine for us if you can deal with a few minor issues. We were there for the sights and being outdoors. Spent little time in the unit.

Nice place in a quiet area

Stayed here for a weekend shortly after ski season. The place in a quiet area, but it's close to all the ski resorts in North Tahoe area. Kitchen, TV, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry were good. If you like to cook, this place will be good for that. The host was responsive and open to our needs and concerns. Things to look out for here are the tight stairs and hallways. There's sharp corners and lots of places where you can stub your fingers and toes. Finally, be aware of the fees that are achedwhen you purchase. Total prices for this place are on par with similar places. Overall, I would stay here again because I ikehe north side of the lake and the place has what I need.

Very nice house - but a little dark and close to busy road

We enjoyed our stay very much. So happy We close to stay five dans in Tahoe during our California roadtrip. It is really nice in Summer. I am not sure we would chose this house again however. On the positive side: It is modern, big - nicely decorated. The location is ok (but not. It is about a 1 kilometers walk to Lake Forrest beach and about 3 km to Tahoe city. There are nice walking paths for both. On the negative side: The house and is however located next to a busy road with the terrace facing the road ( not mentioned in the listing). There some big trees in front of the terrace - which is nice if you need shades but we missed the sun - and the house feels a bit dark. The guidance about how to enter the swimmingpool (codes) could be better (we spent the first day finding out).

Nice location but condo needs upgrade

This property is in a good location near the lake with a nice tennis court and pool. However, the unit is quite rundown and needs upgrading. Examples: the sink is chipping and has a big visible area where the enamel is worn off, the light/fan in the bathroom buzzes so loudly that it is audible on the second floor, the shower head is too low to fit an adult head underneath it (even one that is 5'6"), and the unit needs a circulating fan to make up for not having A/C. In addition, the unit was not completely clean when we arrived. There was a bad smell in the kitchen, there was no soap in the shower and the rug had not been thoroughly vacuumed when we arrived. The rental company was responsive to our questions and sent someone to check on the smell, which I appreciated. We had a good time for a quick two-day stay, but I would not want to stay here again.

Great spot in a super great place

My fiance had been up to lake Tahoe before but I had not. She had raved about it before and it was not inaccurate. The cabin up at Dollar point has everything you could possibly want for stay at lake Tahoe. It's close to the lake with a wonderful Beach that includes pet accessibility which I thought was very nice. There is some great nature within the area and it's a short drive to most of the major places on the north side of the lake. The cabin is spacious and quite accommodating, I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

I am an attention to detail girl, so I've got a lot to say... - Cheap supplies (toilet paper was awful and ran out so we had to buy more) - Drain in tub was backing up on the first shower, so we were standing in our dirty water until my husband fished out nasty hair+gunk from drain. - Lots of dishes were put away wet, so we had to rewash quite a few - The wrong pool code was left for us, so until the PM emailed me back with the correct one, 7 year old dreams were crushed. - Crappy beach+bath towels - The stairs are super creaky and fan in bathroom is loud, so bring white noise! - No beach chairs to use - Had issues with the "smart" tv - Not great natural light and it's close to busy road On the positive side, the location (with the exception of road noise) is nice and close to a lot. Great bakery, Sugar Pine Cakery is within walking distance. Pool on sight is clutch with small children. Complex nice and quiet...

The apt was clean and spacious. Communication with the property management professional. However, we found 2 issues disappointing: 1) The mezzanine is not accessible which is not mentioned in the listing - the pictures are hence a bit misleading. 2) The cleaning fee is exactly the same as the price for the actual accommodation (for a weekend stay; it is more than $200), but still you find in the check-out instructions that guests are supposed to strip the beds, start the laundry and washing machine, dispose the trash in the outside container... We found that outrageous.
