The comfortable house is located in the center of the Les Sables de Biguglia subdivision 100 meters from the beach (direct access without a road to cross).

Located between the Biguglia pond nature reserve and the sea (white sand beach as far as the eye can see)

The 1st spacious air-conditioned master bedroom, 160 bed, window overlooking the garden, large fitted closet.

The 2nd spacious air-conditioned bedroom with flat screen TV (TNT), 2 single beds, for the baby, bed provided, window overlooking the garden.

Close to the housing estate, many sporting and cultural activities are offered (not included in the rental): horse riding, tree climbing, jet ski rental, Marana sailing club, cycle track, fishing, museum of the sea and for sea enthusiasts. ornithology a path laid out to observe the different species of birds in the natural reserve of the pond.

excellent séjour

villa mitoyenne dans une résidence agréable à vivre. maison très bien équipée avec un petit jardin dont les haies permettent d'être isolées du voisinage. A 2 pas d'une plage magnifique. point à améliorer : l'adresse au niveau de l'annonce; ce n'est pas rte de la plage, mais rte de la lagune, cela éviterait de se perdre quand on arrive de nuit.

Schöne Unterkunft

Schönes, sauberes Häuschen! Das erste Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Bettwäsche musste mitgebracht werden, Handtücher waren vorhanden. Der Strand ist ca. 300 m entfernt, der Parkplatz etwas weniger. Man kann nicht direkt am Haus parken und muss daher ein bisschen schleppen. Tipp: Fahrräder mit nehmen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Danke!

Alles was es braucht!

Das Haus ist so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist klein, aber das machen die neuen Geräte (Herd, Spüle, Geschirrspüler, Pfannen) wett. Es hat alles was man braucht. Für uns als Familie war die Nähe zum Strand toll. Der Strand ist sauber und es hat selbst im Juli wenig Leute. Patricia hat uns mit Ferientipps ausgestattet. Ein Plus ist auch, dass man nicht am Samstag anreisen muss. Das Internet hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen.

Situation parfaite

La maison est bien aménagée, et il est tiré parti de la surface au mieux. Salle de bains très bien conçue, chambres confortables (literie, climatisation). Jardin profitant du soleil mais zones ombragées bien aménagées. Voisins proches mais bien séparés par des écrans de verdure épais qui donnent une impression d'isolement réelle, surtout dans une résidence très calme. L'équipement est en quantité juste suffisante pour la vaisselle. La maison est idéalement située pour un séjour en famille du fait de la proximité de la plage. Point important, l'annonce laisse envisager le wi-fi qui n'est pas présent or le réseau 4G Orange ou SFR est défaillant dans cette zone, seul Bouygues s'en tire un peu mieux.... les conversations téléphoniques et chargement de mails sont à effectuer sur le parking ou le bord de la route, un peu dommage alors que la fibre est dans la résidence... pas très grave si l'on a l'information en amont ... et puis cela permet de déconnecter... Propriétaires et Martine sont accueillants et très réactifs en cas de question.
