About this property

A unique mid-19th-century house/cottage in Småland, partially renovated

Justusbo is located in the countryside in a small village next to open farmland, which creates a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere! It has a large lot with open, south-facing lawns in front of the house.
The three bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people. One of the bedrooms is set back from the others. Ideal for parents and children. One room has a double bed, and the room inside it sleeps 3–4 children or adults. The other room has a double bed.

The kitchen is newly renovated, spacious, well-equipped, and a joy to cook in. A dishwasher is provided. The large living room offers plenty of space for dining and socialising. There is also a TV room and a smaller, separate dining room.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a shower. A washing machine/dryer combo is available. The house has a staircase without gates, which makes it less suitable for small children.

Parking is available adjacent to the house.

Cleaning is not included in the price. It may be possible to arrange upon request.

Sheets and towels can be rented upon request for 150 kr/set.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house. However, the house has not been treated for those who may be allergic to pets.

Rigtigt fint sted!

Det er et meget flot og stort hus i et rigtigt flot område. Værten var også meget venlig pr. mail. Grunden til at den får 4 og ikke 5 stjerner er: ingen internet og dårlig telefondækning (hvilket nogle folk nok vil se som et plus) samt langt til nærmste supermarked. Kan klart anbefale stedet.
