An apartment located in the picturesque district of "la Butte-aux-Cailles", little known by the tourists but very appreciated by the Parisans and the students for its bars, restaurants of all inds, its peaceful squares and its swimming pool. A healthy and friendly atmosphere reigns in this small village with cobbled streets and hidden gardens right in the heart of Paris. As a result, the district abounds in animations from the end of the afternoon! We live there outside!
The Studio refurbished is located on the ground floor of an old and quiet house in the quiet la Butte. Its stone walls and oak flooring make it a charming and romantic place. Once through the small fully-equipped kitchen you get into the bathroom, then in a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The large room has a desk, storage for your business and a large convertible sofa (equipped with sheets, pillows and duvet). You can work quietly or prepare your outings with WiFi or watch your favorite movies on TV (with integrated DVD player).
Number of restaurants are within 100 meters, but if you prefer to stay quiet, the kitchen is fully equipped (microwave grill, hob, fridge and all the cooking equipment. But also kettle, toaster and coffee maker for breakfast!). All shops are nearby (bakery for croissants and hot bread in the morning!) And one of the most beautiful market in the capital, full-color, takes place 3 times a week at the end of the street.
The apartment is also equipped with bathroom towels, a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, how to prepare for an elegant evening at the Opera!
