Duplex in Winter Park - Long Term Only

Enjoy our nicely furnished two level duplex located above the town of Winter Park. Stroll ten minutes into town, or walk a few yards to the bus route and ride to the base with no parking hassles.

Three bedroom, two and one-half bath fits two families comfortably.

The main floor includes the master bedroom with private bath. Also on the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, and a step down into living room with stereo, TV/DVD, and gas fireplace. From the living room, you can walk out to the upper level deck with great mountain views. Inside, go downstairs to two more bedrooms and a full family room with TV and DVD player. Access the lower deck and your hot tub from the family room.

Walk in minutes, pedal, or drive to the entrance of Arapaho National Forest with biking, riding, hiking, cross-country skiing and motorized access to miles of protected trails.

Excellent mountain getaway

Great location: a short drive from Winter Park ski resort, with nice views of the mountains from inside the duplex and from the hot tub deck. The property was clean, in good condition and repair, and had all amenities we needed. The owners responded quickly and helpfully to a couple questions we had.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and personal touches in the place. We can tell that the owners wanted us to have a nice time. The hot tub was a bonus after skiing each day. There was plenty of space to place games, puzzles, etc. We will be back again.

What a blast!!!!

The owners of this condo have provided the best venue for a good time at night after a great day on the slopes. Everything we needed was provided and the hot tub was an added bonus. The owners know what communication is and do it both professionally and you can tell with a smile. Thank you our most gracious hosts, you were the mint on the pillow.

Fantastic Property!

This property was exactly like the listing indicated. For the amount of space, it really is a fantastic price given other VRBO's in the area. The property was clean and well-maintained - the private hot tub is really special, with a great view. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans, etc...you can even use staples like flour, oil and sugar if needed. The unit has a library of video's and games, and a sound system equipped with blue tooth, so you can play your own music! Very easy access to the ski shuttle - pick-up is literally minutes from the front door. Discounted life tickets were a bonus...and snow shoe/cross-country access is also close by. I absolutely loved this property and plan to return soon!

Spring Break Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our ski vacation. The location was incredibly close to Winter Park. The home itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owners was wonderful and they were incredibly helpful. The separate living areas were great for a family with teenagers. The views were spectacular. We will definitely stay again!

Truly Home away from Home

This was our second stay in this cabin and theres so many reasons we came back. First off the accommodations from the hosts were tremendous and their response was always fast if there was ever anything we needed or had questions. Our first trip was adults only but this time we had 4 kids and the downstairs area was perfect for them to play and watch tv and not be in the way upstairs. Everything about the home is perfect and the moment you walk in you feel at home with all you need to enjoy your vacation. The garage is such a huge perk for coming after a day on the slopes to put your gear and not track in snow and dirt. Proximity to town is perfect without being in the heart of the bustle but still easy to reach for your needs. I could go on and on, as I cant say enough good about both of our trips as we all ready to plan the next one to which Im sure we will be returning to Sundance Circle. Again thank you Rob and Susan for all your hospitality!!

Fabulous Rental!

My wife and I spent August in this terrific vacation home in Winter Park. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and more. Great location within easy biking or walking to downtown Winter Park. Beautifully appointed interior; fully-equipped kitchen; scrupulously clean and well-maintained; great storage in garage for bikes, paddleboards, and hiking gear. The private hot tub is a huge plus after a day outdoors. Susan and Rob provided great information about their home and tips for good trails and were always responsive to our questions. This was a perfect place for us, and we both recommend it highly and it will be our first choice of where to stay when our plans take us to Winter Park again.

Beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally well-stocked for convenience of the traveler.

Susan and Rob were helpful with any questions and the discounted lift tickets were especially valuable for our several skiers. Our group loved the hot tub and its easy accessibility plus abundance of towels. The Winter Park shuttle bus was a bonus and pick up spot not too far from the condo. Easy and convenient to leave ski gear in the garage after returning from the slopes.

Incredible Find! Highly Recommend!!

My family of 6 stayed at this duplex in Winter Park, CO after finding it on VRBO. We searched through several VRBO’s before selecting this one. It was put on the top of our list because of its private hot tub at the residence. We knew we would be enjoying it after our long days on the slopes, and we were not disappointed. The house was beautiful and met all our family’s needs. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed at. We cooked breakfast at the house every morning and cooked several dinners. I felt like I was cooking out of my own kitchen at home. The property was also in very close proximity to the downtown Frasier restaurants and entertainment, and a short drive to the slopes at Winter Park. We did try to take the “Lift” (which is a short walk from the duplex) to Winter Park the first day we went skiing and found that it only ran every hour during the week, so we ended up driving to the slopes. I would highly recommend this duplex to anyone looking for that home away from home experience!
