Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time at her beautiful property and really enjoyed the amazing views. We loved all the games and puzzles and felt very at home and comfortable. A great base for any activities near Winter Park, Fraser, Granby, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is high up on the hill where you have privacy, nature (we saw mule deer and a large white snow rabbit), and just a jaunt down to the bottom for the main road. The house was spacious, clean, and the bottom floor with ping pong and pool table was all the rage with the kids.

This was the perfect place for the tale end of our trip to Colorado. The game room made it the perfect spot to stay-in all weekend and just enjoy quality time with our loved ones that live in Denver Colorado.It was a lovely weekend getaway for them. Being able to bring along their dog Rajah also made it so much easier to spend time with us. We had so much fun playing together and listening to music. The full kitchen, grill and large dinner table made it possible to enjoy meals together. The kitchen table was perfect to play finders seekers mystery game we brought. The views are breathtaking. Getting to sit and do my daily devotional on the deck basking in the morning sun, surrounded by bird songs was a beautiful experience. It was stunning to see the hummingbirds up close. An experience I will never forget.The onsite washer and dryer came handy. Also, the primary bedroom and bathroom on the first floor made it so easy for the older couple to get around the house while the younger ones stayed on the second floor. We also enjoyed playing some of the musical instruments. Stephanie was lovely to communicate with. The guest book was a cool add-in to see who has visited their recommendations for activities and food in the area. We didn’t quite research anything ahead of time but Stephanie was lovely pointing us in the right direction for groceries. We highly recommend this home and would book it again if/when we go back to Colorado.

About 4 miles up the mountain- beautiful scenery, clean house & all necessities needed. Had snow which was unexpected & very pretty. House had very nice deck but we didn’t get to sit out there because was too windy & cold during our stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had the greatest time at this cabin! There was so much to do at the house you never needed to leave! We enjoyed snow sledding, playing pool, and ping pong. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the area. We will hopefully be back again and would love to stay here again.

The Views

This property has everything one needs for a perfect stay. The game room downstairs, the comfy bed, a great shower, the tranquil deck and grill, and space between neighboring properties. The drive up the mountain can seem daunting at first but after 2 trips, one gets accustomed to the 10 minute drive and rewarded by the serenity. Close to many hikes and perfect for a puppy or two. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great mountain home

We had a great stay. The home is just far enough outside of town where you feel like you have your own mountain paradise but you’re only a short drive into town to grab a beer or some groceries. Great host and overall a great home and stay
