A typical Corfiote house, located at a distance of 5 minutes by car from the famous Dassia beach. You can enjoy the large private garden full of flowers, olive trees and fruit trees and of course the barbecue!

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large, well-equipped kitchen.

About the house:
It has been our family home for several generations. It is of a typically Corfiote architecture of stone construction. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a corridor with an extra bed and a storage room. On the ground floor there is the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom for one person, and a second bathroom.

Position:
The house is located at a distance of three hundred meters from the village of Kato Korakiana (restaurants, bar, supermarket) and 5 minutes by car from Dassia beach. Dassia is a tourist spot with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and of course with nightlife.

The city of Corfu and the entire island can be visited either by means of transport or with a rental car.


Garden:
In fact it is a large plot of 3.000m2 which extends in front of the house with a typically Corfiote plantation, olive, lemon, orange, apricot, mulberry, pomegranate, almond, medlar, jujube, prickly pear, cherry trees that offer their fruits in relation to the season. You can have lunch or dinner outdoors and have a BBQ, or have fun in the hammocks and various garden furniture.

First floor:
Bedroom (double): one double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: two beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning.

Bedroom no1: two beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning.

Storage room: small room where you can put your luggage.

Living room: sofas, coffee table, radio and CD player, TV, fireplace.

Kitchen: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, citrus press, blender.

Retired French teacher. I did my university course in Paris. I like welcoming people and of course I will be available during your stay.
