Stunning home in Wildwood, central to everything w/ bay views and roof top deck
Our beautiful home is located on the Bayside of Wildwood ...the beach and Boardwalk are straight down our front street... actually six blocks away! The best part of that distance is the peace , quiet and tranquility of our "beach house" . Not to mention the water views from every window. And of course the magnificent sunsets you can watch from each of our three decks... one of which is on the rooftop and of course all furnished during the season . We have a gourmet kitchen with beautiful slabs of granite throughout.. gas stove and oven, dishwasher, central air and sit down dining for 4 people. We have 2 full bedrooms & 1 full bath with tub and can accommodate 4 guests. Access to the water is directly behind our house so you can rent a pontoon boat from the marina down the block ….RESERVE our SIX SEAT GOLF CART to tour the island and park at the beach!
We have a general cleaning fee however excess sand , trash, unwashed dishes etc will be charged as extra … Thanks

We are originally from the Philadelphia area … now retired and love spending the late spring and early fall in our home in NJ and the winters at our homes in Mexico ..1 in Bucerias by the coast and the other in Guadalajara in the mountains .
Why they chose this property
We loved this neighborhood when we bought the home new in 2008 .. it was more of a funky fisherman’s wharf vibe then and has morphed into a more upscale area with all the new 1 M homes that have popped up… But our view has remained the same … WATER
What makes this property unique
Everywhere you look you can find lovely properties with levels of decks and vinyl siding .. we wish people would have built homes with classic character and planted grass and flowers .. with deep porches to sit on … Like ours 🏠
