Just Perfect!

The house is beautiful and so comfortable. Amazing view of the bay. Far enough from the noisy boardwalk but close enough to walk to. Great communication with the host. It was a wonderful stay.

Property is well kept and spacious. Very comfortable furniture and restored antique pieces. Central air and ceiling fans in every room guarantee comfort. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Beautiful view of Grassy Sound from the plentiful windows and furnitured deck. Bluetooth speakers and mood lighting in bathroom are a hoot!

Great stay ! Amazing location. Beautiful house right on the bay

Had a great time , was perfect for our dogs , they got to swim in the bay , hang on the deck , we grilled , and really enjoyed ourselves. Very private end house.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved having access to the dock and being right on the bay. House was clean and as described. Norma was very responsive to all our questions and needs- I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Getaway Weekend!

A quiet neighborhood with a liquor and grocery store within walking distance. The place had a well stocked kitchen that we used every day and great amenities. Also, a lovely view of the water!

Beautiful place, but....

The apartment is beautiful-open and airy, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to fix meals in. Our only complaint is that when we got there we found out that we were supposed to provide our own sheets and towels {king-sized sheets!} and there was no hand or bath soap and only one roll of toilet paper. There had been no mention of this in the listing and an email "reminding us " about the sheets and towels came late the day before. So we had to find a store to buy these supplies and our stay cost $75 more than we had expected.

Will not stay again

My wife and I stayed at Rob's VRBO for 2 nights from May 22nd to 24th 2023. When we checked in food was left on the grill along with dirty cook wear. Which we cleaned. We just received a message today (5/28) from Rob about a water mark that was on a dresser in the bedroom and some damage to the microwave and stove controls. We did not bring any food or drink into the bedroom, so we do not know how or when this mark was made. We did not cook anything either, so we do not know how or when the kitchen appliances were damaged. We ate all of our meals in town. Now we are being charged $500 for damages that we did not do. We will never stay here again and do not recommend anyone staying here. We have stayed at other VRBO's and have never had an issue like this before. Other VRBO owners have left us reviews stating that they could not even tell that we had stayed there.

The property was as described and met our expectations to the fullest. The owner was very pleasant and positive. He even allowed me to take our daughter out on his boat. She loved it! Feeding the birds was our favorite. Over all it felt like home especially the neighbor yelling for his two cats Pepper and Ginger every day to feed. lol we will definitely come back. PS. The view was amazing!!!! Thanks a bunch to Rob!

Everything was perfect from fishing from the dock to Friday night fire works. The place was clean when we moved In. Rob the host was fantastic through our stay. He was around for any questions we had and even provided bait for fishing.
